Purchased a 2007 Sport Trac from Parkway. We had all the fluids inspected and had to put a charge of freon in the A/C. That's it! Truck has worked great for us with zero complaints. Thank you to Bill and the young lady in the office. 5 stars for Parkway!

I bought a mustang convertible from this lot 4 years ago. I had no problems with the car. I loved driving it and the payments were great. Karen is always honest and kind and i love working with her.

Sent my daughter to look at truck. Waste of time with brett. Didn't ask any questions just refused her. Didn't want to sell her the vehicle. Have bought before from them 9 cars. That is why i didn't hesitate to send my daughter there. Get rid id Brett might be back ro look again otherwise sounds like even a payday motor's might be nicer then him. Of incase you read this Brett you turned her down for a loan she had 18000 seeing in her pocket just wanted to see if you honest. Your a crook. Thank you

called and spoke with Brett. Told him i would be driving in from an hour and a half away to look at a specific truck. He said that was fine. I get there and one of the other salesman is put with the vehicle. They get back and brett proceeds to tell me that the other person liked the truck and that if their financing fell through then he would call me. I guess he must think i like driving an hour and a half one way just to have him tell me when i get there that what i said i was coming to look at isnt currently available.

Drove 5 hours to find out the clown salesman flat out LIED about a bunch of body damage topped by not having the engine he claimed... avoid this scam based business at all cost

What a great experience!!!! We had a Sonata trade in that needed some repair. My husband and I had saved a certain amount of money to get a new vehicle. The Sonata was paid off and we could have put the money into it and had it fixed (it was a wonderful vehicle). We were just looking to get something that was easier to get into although not needed. We saw that they had a Chevy Equinox for sale. After checking it out we knew it would be a stretch to make it all work out. After talking we decided to give a try . SO THANKFUL that we decided to talk to them about a sale!!! They made it work out 🤗 This was probably a break even deal for them and they made it work. We are so very thankful and would highly recommend them for your used car salesmen!!!! AND STACY is the sweetest ♥️ Thank You again Parkway

I purchased a pontiac grand prix from Parkway Motors. I had the car 3 weeks and the engine blew a rod. I talked to the owner and he kept reminding me there were no guarantees on the car. I had it THREE WEEKS. I was accused of allowing a young adult male to drive my car and "hotrod" it because engines don't just blow. Well, that was why I was concerned I was on the highway when this happened to me. I am a 44yr old single female, there are no "young adult males" in my home or around me. My 66 year old father and stepmother are the only people at my home. This was all the money I had and this guy just kept informing me that there were no guarantees. I would never recommend buying a car from a place that would take your hard earned money and then not make good on their mistake. I am now out a car and money to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Parkway, you really made an impression on me.

I bought a 2006 Chevy Silverado from this dealership and have been very pleased with the truck. They gave me a good deal on my trade and were able to find a very reasonable loan with a good interest rate. They are family and locally owned which is awesome too.

Bought an SUV out of state and was overall satisfied with the process and vehicle description. Shannon did a great job and I'm really enjoying driving my new used car! Would buy from again.
