We were in a bad spot. Tough times left us with good income but poor credit. Mike was great! He helped us get in to a vehicle at a good price. Don't expect to get a vehicle loan with a prime interest rate, when your credit is poor. If you're between a rock and a hard place, Mike is your guy. He definitely gave us a chance, when no one else would.

When I was younger, I didn't really understand how important credit was. I learned the hard way when I got older and was trying to have a better life. I went into bastians thinking I was going to be turned down. I was very wrong. Mike "with a beard", by some miracle, found somebody to help me. I'm very thankful and will do that mature thing this time. God bless them!!!!!!

I traded in a truck for another truck. Its been a year now and all is still well no problems. I walked in and got my truck the same day it was very easy. Mike the salesman was very professional. I'm actually thinking about getting another truck from there.

I know this is a lot to read but please read it in full then compare with what you will here from others around town .... and what ever you do dont buy from this place you will regret it...I bout a truck from these guys had trouble the day I pulled off lot i was told bring it back and they would repair it I left it with them they kept it for Two weeks when they finally got it ready and I was told to come pick it up I did drove it home to find out it had a oil leak which it did not have before I took it back the next morning they said they would fix it they kept it another 4 or 5days was told to come back and get it it was ready they had pinch the valve cover gasket so I went back and picked it up drove down the road realized it had a fuel leak which also It had never had before so once again I took it back they got it back again kept in another two days told me to come back and get it so again I did this time it left me stranded it is now sitting at a shop which has discovered a lot of stuff that is wrong with their mechanics messed up such as they put the valve cover gasket back together with just silicone In the hole of the gasket now this hole time I have been asking to talk to brian the owner he has never talked to me nor returned any of my calls this is the worse I have ever been done at any car lot ever ... now don't just take my word for any of this just go around town talk to some of the local business I have been told a lot worse stories than mine I just wish I had talked to them before I went in the office and got all the lies that the salesman Ryan had told me...

I needed a great car, but didn't have the "so great" credit. Ryan Klatt got me into a car with low mileage and a low price . Very friendly and helpful customer service !

Kevin the salesman never mentioned we were paying $500 for a warranty at the time of purchase. We agreed on a price and signed the papers. That was a mistake I payed for again 3 months later. The transmission started having issues and went completely out shortly after that. Bastiens auto did not help in anyway. We ended up paying $2300 for transmission to be rebuilt. This place has dismal facilities, HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE SALESMANSHIP, and NO REPAIR SERVICE! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Bought a 01 Nissan Pathfinder. The car was a really good car other than some minor maintenance things I had to take care of. But one of my issues the dealership paid about 75% of the cost for me. The salesman Ryan was very kind and enjoyable to work with. The only complaint I had was there is no sticker prices on the cars. I HATE buying cars!!! But Bastian made it a painless enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend them

We bought a 2006 Silverado 1500 and it was and still is a good truck. We did bring the truck back once to fix and issue issue with a door handle and a window motor but the dealer fixed it at no charge. I would still recommend anyone shop but I had a good experience.
