I purchased a 2013 Mercedes e350 diesel in September 2019. I noticed the check engine light on and asked for a warranty on the car before purchase. They reassured me that if the car was not drivable which was my biggest concern they would definitely work with me. Reluctantly I signed the no warrantY contract. Sure enough they sold me the car with the check engine light on. I took the car to Mercedes maitland and they said that my purchase was going to be a money hole because the knox sensor was bad. 3800 to fix which I couldn't afford. On top of that there is a massive oil leak in the car on upper oil pan and lower.(20hr job) 6500 to fix for a total of 10,300 in repairs and the car was sold to me at 17500. I went back to the vip auto and of course they gave me the run around and never contacted me for help. I trusted this these guys and they screwed me. I have lost my job because I couldn't get to work and the car is still sitting in the drive way. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I STILL CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME.

If you decide to go to this dealer be Extremely careful most of their cars are junk. They also have another one of there dealerships in front of greenway ford. They will mask any problems just to sell you the car and afterwards your left with a pile of junk. They know what there selling you is no good and they won't help you afterwards. You must absolutely bring a mechanic with you that really knows his stuff.

The salesman (Kendall) was late for my appointment. Then he showed up in sweats and flip flops. Lied about required down payment. He was unprepared, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.

Had me drive 8 hours for a car I had put a $100 deposit on. Get there and car was a mess, clearly just cleared the engine codes right before I got there. Luckily I had a code reader of my own and saw 3/4 cylinders were misfiring, it hardly started, tires didn't have air, unreported front end damage (could tell good had been replaced and sprayed a slightly different color). WASTED MY TIME.

This place is amazing. They went out of their way to make the deal happen and I ended up with an amazing car that I absolutely love. Everyone here was so helpful and so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality car for a great price. If your looking for a great vehicle this is the place to go first.
