STAY AWAY! Horrible buying experience!

Worst place to buy a car from. STAY AWAY!!! Although the price of the vehicle that I bought was good, the process was a nightmare. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, they couldn’t release it to me because it needed a state inspection. It took hem a week to get them done. The communication during that wait was awful! They told me that it was being seen that day, and I would drive by and the vehicle had not moved. I would call to check on status, no call backs. After the purchase, I come to find out that they had forgotten to pay my trade in off!!!! I had to go back and forth with my old lender to make sure that I wasn’t held liable. Finally, weeks later get all that resolved. My first pair of temporary tags are about to expire. They say that it’s taking longer than expected, they give me a second set. I am now asking for my 3RD SET OF TEMP TAGS! They pass the buck and refuse to take responsibility. By the way I bought te vehicle in March and it’s now mid May, and I’m still waiting! I feel like the owner cares about making sure that everything is squared away, but it’s not nearly enough. STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Acura

I went with my daughter, who was buying her first car, and we were assisted by Junior who could not have been more helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car for a fair price and great cistomer service.

Realy not a great place to buy a car

really not a good place to go. Try some where else refused to fix any problem and the inspection place they use is definitely suspect.

Avoid this Dealership

Called about a vehicle early in the morning one day- Salesman said he would have it ready for me to see and DRIVE. I call back and confirm I'm coming that night... showed up and car isn't drivable- they are doing repairs to the body- I fought 1 hr of traffic to see it and he doesn't say a thing to me... "I'm sorry, I didn't know... etc. Nothing. Salesman said it had only been in one minor accident to the left side- Carfax says two accidents and front left and right and back left and right involved. These guys are awful. Don't waste your time!

Don't do it

It took 4 weeks to recieve the title for my car with only two working days to get it registered , Not very convenient, and the salesman did not seem too concerned , I guess it is not his problem.

No maintainance on their vehicles

My vehicle broke down twice the first month I owned it . When they say no warrenty as is they mean it. As soon as the check clears they will forget your name, you would be just as well served buying a car off the side of the road.

Spring Valley Ford, Spring Valley, IL

I purchased a used car from Spring Valley Ford and was very happy with the service I received. Ray (the salesman) was very helpful and we were very happy with the process of buying a car. I usually do not like the process, but they made it easy. NO BUYERS REMORSE AT ALL! And I love the car I bought!!
