HORRIBLE SERVICE

I've called 3 times. I bought a new 2016 Ram Bighorn. Drove it home and would not crank. They picked it up and returned it supposedly fixed issues. I've had problems with radio changing channels and volume by itself. The air don't blow as hard sometimes. This Sunday was stranded again. Battery is crap! Bought new one so we wasn't walking . I can't get no one to call me back. Less than 7 months under 18,000 miles..... Shame

no people skills,

I went to this place and bought a part for a 2009 Dodge Charger. The part was defective and cause my engine to overheat and burn up my engine. I went to speak with the service manger and it took two hours to see him. Once I got into his office he was very defensive and did not want to hear my story. Stay away from Brennan service Dept because there are very unprofessional.

excellent dealership experience!!

Brennan Dodge is the friendliest dealership I have ever been too! They listened to my needs and wants and got me into exactly what I was looking for! Great customer service I will never buy from anywhere else again!

Proud Jeep Family

We have bought two Jeeps from Brennan and couldn't be more pleased! Converted over from owning Toyotas to driving a Grand Cherokee and my husband getting a Trailhawk Cherokee. We were very pleased with the ease of dealing with Brennan Dodge and the courtesy of the staff and we recommended them to a neighbor of ours who also bought from Brennan Dodge. We would definitely do business with Brennan again.

Service Department

My 2012 Ram truck was there for 1 week just to fix a CD Player. No one ever returned my calls, no one ever new when what was going on with my truck. Finally had to go to Mr Brennen to to get any results and then they to one out of a Jeep Wrangler and put in my truck. Only way I new that was when it was time to renew my XM radio they told me I owed a Wrangler now my back up camera is going out. If I hadn't bout the extended warranty through them I would go some where else.

VERY VERY disappointed!!!!!

Frist time I have purchased a vehicle and they haven't even cleaned it. It was a programed jeep and I had to take it backed to be serviced. The first time the service dept overbooked and couldn't get it, second time didn't have the part(shop person got ugly with us) third time fixed it, left and had to take it right back after another hour I left!!!!! I was given a car 2 of the 3times I was there. I live a hour and 30mins from there! Hope I never have to go back!!!!!

don`t waste your time

saw new 2015 Challenger on web site,visited dealership.liked car. was given sales price & trade. sales price was MSRP, trade was given at LESS than 1/2 book value, so don`t waste your time

The Best Experience I Ever Had

Oh my gosh, I wasn't that into Dodge any more due to my Stratus. But when I say that Joshua Hosea is a fantastic salesman, he is just that. He didn't rush me into buying the vehicle. He made sure I had my information straight about the Durango and he treated me fairly and not just some female he could get over on if he said the right words. Thank you Brennan Dodge for my life long vehicle. I did not forget about you Everett because you were wonderful also.
