I purchased a used jeep from this dealership. Before...

I purchased a used jeep from this dealership. Before finalizing, we agreed to them fixing and adding a few things. I was told this would all be done and my jeep would be delivered to me within a week. I had to call this dealership many times a day to get updates and figure out what was happening. I was getting different answers from the sales and service departments on what was being done and the timeline of when it would be done. There was no communication between these two departments at all. The sales person I worked with was very hard to get a hold of. I would have to call their general sales line and ask for her instead of her just answering her cell phone. I ended up dealing with the GM of the store. My jeep was delivered a day later than promised. When it was delivered they only fixed two or the three things they promised. Ultimately, they made everything right in the end, but I had to advocate for myself and had to make sure I was getting what I paid for each step of the way. They knew this was my first car buying experience and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of that. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Very Poor Service Manager - Very Rude

Very Poor Service Manager - Very Rude. I bring my car there all the time for servicing. Most of the time it's a very good experience. This time service manager came up to me and was very rude. I will give the dealership one more chance. If something like this happens again they will loose my business for ever.

The worst experience of all time lied to treated like a...

The worst experience of all time lied to treated like a 2nd class citizen Amy & Lisa rude ugly sales reps lie to me had me drive 140. Miles I put insurance on the car I was "pre approved "for western union them 1,100 for the down payment on this 7,000. Car to be told I was not qualified for because I am self employed. I was there for 4 hours being humiliated by these employees being ignored and pushed around I made sure with Amy/lisa before I even left to drive down to pine city from maple wi that I was gonna drive the car I was pre approved for home that day there words "yes for sure everything will be GREAT" no it was a nightmare I left there with no car they kept my money for 3 days and was ignored until I called my lawyer they than decided to cut me a check for my money. 😔

Sales Manager is rude

Sales manager was terribly rude. He had many snide passive aggressive remarks to make. Very uneducated idiot. I would shop somewhere else. I ended up not buying the truck I wanted here because of how bad he was

service department are very nice and helpful but you have to make sure when you buy new there everything is recorded i did not my 2017 ram new came with a used spare tire and james randall told me thats how they come i have bought many new cars in 50years and have never seen this this sales manager is a liar beware
