Not how I expected the service appointment to go.
Normally, I have only good things to say about Sewell but not after last Friday. I got there at 9:30 in the morning for a simple oil change and a question about a tire sensor. It went down hill almost from the moment I pulled in. I finally got my car back at 6:30 in the evening with bill for over $1,300.00. It was a very frustration day. Not the kind of service I have come to expect at Sewell.

My experience with Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth during this visit was highly positive, but that would not have been possible without the exemplary actions and service of Mr. Eric Nunes, Senior Technician, and his manager, Mr. Michael Tarleton. Eric has worked on all of my Infiniti SUVs throughout the years. He has established an outstanding reputation of being "the best, amongst the best" within Sewell Infiniti and throughout the industry. This is with good reason because Eric has dedicated himself to learning all Infiniti vehicle platforms, and attained distinction by obtaining Sewell/industry certifications while exhibiting perfect etiquette through all of his customer interactions. Eric's efforts stood out during my latest visit to Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth for repair to my SUV. My vehicle was experiencing an electrical component issue and Eric properly diagnosed the problem, and with great skill, properly removed the defective component, and replaced it with the new part. Eric understood the unique process that was required to properly fulfill this repair and he performed each step meticulously, ensuring the successful repair without incurring any damage to my vehicle. This is noteworthy because failing to perform these vital steps will cause part failure and/or damage. Eric makes it appear to look easy, but that is due to his mastery of repair skills. I am confident of all of the service technicians at Sewell, but Eric excels in all areas and is very well respected by his peers and Sewell management. He is simply, the BEST, and why my Infiniti SUVs are repaired correctly, the first time by Eric. This particular repair stood out, but it would not have been possible without Mr. Michael Tarleton, Service Manager. I sent Mr. Tarleton an email describing my vehicle issue, my availability, and my personal preference to have Mr. Nunes perform the repair. I sent the email on Mr. Tarleton's day off, but he quickly responded, checked Eric's schedule for a day/time that would be convenient to me, and locked in my appointment. Mr. Tarleton, then personally called me and confirmed my appointment and properly coordinated this with Eric, and my service advisor. When I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly greeted and my vehicle was immediately accepted for service and delivered to Eric. It was more convenient to wait in the customer area and Eric performed the required repair on time and problem-free. Eric then notified Mr. Tarleton and me of the details of his repair, with the best proof being a fully operational component, which was the reason for this service. In addition to the outstanding efforts mentioned above, Eric did another commendable action. I observed Eric accepting the work of one of his fellow technicians because of that particular technician's unavailability. Eric did not wish for the customer to have to wait any longer than the promised time, and he is always looking to assist his fellow Sewell team members, so he accepted the additional work, upon completion of the service to my SUV. This is another act of kindness that Eric exhibits for anyone he interacts with. I am a proud military veteran and throughout my distinguished US Air Force career, I have valued integrity, cohesiveness, dedication, and the spirit of giving back. It is why our military is the best in the world. I see these same traits in the Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth staff. It begins with GM Roxanne Morrison, who always takes the time to greet me and all customers, and treats her staff (like each customer) with the utmost respect. Sending these accolades to Mr. Eric Nunes and Mr. Michael Tarleton also serves as a confirmation of the excellent leadership provided by GM Morrison. These impressive individuals are part of the wonderful Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth team, who exhibit their obsession with superb customer service. ... and this is why I am a Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth customer for life! Please extend my personal gratitude to Mr. Eric Nunes, Mr. Michael Tarleton, and GM Roxanne Morrison for making each of my visits to Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth a highly gratifying experience. My first thought was what's different than any other dealership but everyone was so friendly and attentive, that's the difference. We were very casually dressed you'd assumed we shouldn't be there, but they treated us as very special!
