We have a new 2023 EV6 GT Line. 2 software update recalls we issued. Work was done quickly and the dealership gave me a from/to courtesy ride. All good. BTW, we did not purchase the vehicle from Santa Fe Kia, but they treated us as if we did.

Awful Customer Service
I referred my mother to Santa Fe Kia because I am a faithful Kia customer and the service was awful. They did not pay off her old vehicle within 14 days as promised. They sold her old vehicle and still didn't send the pay off to her bank. Multiple phone calls were made to the dealership within a month and a half time span asking when the pay off would be sent because the bank froze her account and they said the payment was sent, a week later we found out they lied and never sent the payment. It took my mother and I to bring up the fact that we would get a lawyer involved for them to pay off the car. I called the manager Adam to request a new temp tag for my mother because her current one had expired, I also informed him that I was not happy with their service and he hung up the phone on me. I will never go back to this dealership. I did not feel like they were helpful or even cared about the issues that were happening.

We had a wonderful experience. We had in minds what we wanted. We were greded outside by a friendly salesperson who brought us keys to look inside the New Niro. He asked us if we wanted to take a test drive. We did there was no pressure sales. Inside we met his supervisor then the finance man. All very friendly efficient and knew their job. In summary a great experience and recommend Kia of Santa Fe to others.

I went to Santa Fe Kia to LOOK at the Kia Soul and left WITH a Kia Soul, which I love. The salesman was extremely courteous, answered all of my questions, assisted me with any help I needed (I am arthritic, and have issues with getting in and out of vehicles) and made me feel 'special.' I told him which Kia Soul I liked, and he took me out for a short drive, then had me drive the vehicle, again, answering questions. He was very much a gentleman and made sure I understood the great pricing that was available for me and the financing. I couldn't have been happier. The financial guy was also very gracious, and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase - not leading me astray, but answering questions truthfully. What a great experience I had with my purchase, all the way around. Congratulations, Santa Fe Kia.

Great Buying Experience

I go to Kia for my oil changes and tire rotations. Service has always been fast and very professional. The car is thoroughly checked. As always, the service is excellant.
