My second new truck from them super easy to work with

My second new truck from them super easy to work with both times i pulled away from the lot in something I was proud to own I have so much faith in the sales team and financial team I purchased my second truck unseen and it is exactly what I wanted I hope to have many more years to do business with this group job well done

Have only had one visit with this dealer, but I hope that

Have only had one visit with this dealer, but I hope that I never have to return. I had to visit with an emergency tire situation. To simply patch a low tire, I spent about 4 hours there and was charged almost $50.00. In addition, the shop managed to break the tire monitoring sensor. Rather than replace it, they sent me on my way. To repair the sensor cost me another $85.00 when I got home. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered.

They had vehicles that other dealers did not.

They had vehicles that other dealers did not. The financing was easy and the Cherokee is great. I could have saved myself some time by telling them that I wanted the blue instead of white. But once I saw the blue, that was it. The white one was clean and up front, but the blue was not. I waited.

Service is horrible at the dealership, went for an oil

Service is horrible at the dealership, went for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires were rotated, fluids were not filled, and oil was still bad.
