I would like to THANK Herlong Ford and Kim for having the most pleasurable experience of trading my upside down Volvo in. This dealership worked with me when most dealerships were very quick to tell me that there was nothing they could do for me. Kim was honest and trustworthy from the beginning to the end! Meryl in financing was wonderful and shopped for the best lender with my credit. Iv always gone to the bank and taken the dealership the check but I trusted Meryl to shop for me and that says a lot! I also want to thank Derek for delivering my car to me…2 1/2 hours away! People…this dealership went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service; I’ll buy from them again!

This dealership did not quit until they found the perfect work truck for my business with all the options I was looking for even though i had given up. The entire staff did a great job. I easily give them 5 stars.

If there was a zero for this dealership, I would have

If there was a zero for this dealership, I would have selected that. I have been back and forth with Meryl concerning wanting a refund for the extra mileage service after the normal warranty expires. I explained to her that I didn't need this even though I had originally asked for it. I was repeatedly told the refund would go to my finance company however this didn't happen. This back and forth texting has gone on since February or 2025. I was told the check had been sent, however it wasn't sent. Maybe it's lying on a desk some and hasn't been deposited I was told. It wasn't received. I don't know what to do at this point. I am an 82 year old woman and on limited income and I barely dive even 300 miles per month. I won't live long enough to drive this vehicle more than 36000 miles plus the added 25000 miles. Fay Barrett

Buyers Beware!

Buyers Beware!! - Dealer not reporting Hail damage on titles! This dealership had falsely advertised a vehicle as a higher trim model, which is an average of $3,000 difference in pricing based on other local dealerships. However when we caught their mistake, the sales manager, Jim Foley, got upset and said they would not change the price at all. On top of that there was a major storm the night before and hail damage had occurred to most of the vehicles on the lot. They had called and offered to take $750 off the price and said there were 10-15 dings in the hood of the car. We showed up and immediately saw there were 50+ dings in the hood, there were almost the same on the roof, and the pillars/panels above the doors also had dings. This car would have been totaled by an insurance agent. We called them out on that as well, saying that the car should be priced much lower because the resale value will be tanked after the title/VIN search reports Hail damage and they admitted to our face "Well, that is only if we claim it on our insurance" which means they are not going to report the hail damage if they can just rip people off and sell the vehicles with a tiny $750-1000 "discount" Check this dealer out on BBB.com - they have 12 complaints open and only 1 resolved, as well has horrible reviews. This is the definition of a scam dealership, i hope this saves someone from the heartache of this place.

It was very easy to make a deal with this dealership.

It was very easy to make a deal with this dealership. Everything was done online and they delivered my new vehicle to me. It was an awesome experience having the vehicle delivered. Thanks to all those involved in making this transaction happen!!
