The USS Onyx is a 2015 Chevy Sonic. She was purchased at the end of 2022 after the unfortunate demise of her beloved predecessor. I waited nearly 3 months to submit a review because I wanted to have some experience with the new vessel. I can now report I am very satisfied with both automobile and with Haus Auto Group of Canfield, Ohio. Sales rep Frank was, well, quite frank and fortright, no high pressure sales. Haus worked very hard to secure financing for me which could not have been easy in my circumstances. I am pleased with my lender Capital One, which was made possible by the efforts of Haus. And Haus' word is gold. Onyx was sold with a warranty and shortly after I took possession the water pump needed replaced. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and correctly as no other problems have arisen in vessel performance. The Haus property is clean, well lit, well maintained, in a good neighbourhood. I highly recommend Haus if someone needs a good gently used car at a reasonable price. Onyx is a good dependable car and I look forward to several years together with her!

Super friendly and easy to work with. Allowed me to test drive and do a personal undercarriage inspection on their rack. Made the deal on the internet/email and closed it once we had done both of the above. Loving my car so far and would definitely buy from them again.
