Andy Mangona made the buying process easy and smooth. He was knowledgeable and helped me find the car for my needs. He was transparent and did his best to accommodate me and my family.

The dealership is clean in itself. Great people in there and a big selection of cars and trucks. Some high prices for nice cars and trucks but also some killer deals. I enjoyed the experience. The cream of the crop there is a salesman named Andy Mangona. Stellar dude. He stayed with us from first to last minute. I know that's his job but it wasn't about "making the deal" for him. He legit wanted me to have what I wanted and he went out of his way over 8 hours helping me to find what I want. The patience of this man is God tier. He was kind, funny, and gentlemanly. Test drove trucks and when I decided not to get a certain one, cool, no problem, let's check out some more. I left with a 2024 Tacoma stoked and he was stoked for me. When you go in, ask for Andy. Im telling you.

I was interested in purchasing a vechile. Contacted the dealership and got a text from a salesman. We exchanged some questions, and then he disappeared. A few days later, another salesman reached out. He seemed eager to help but after a few exchanges, he also disappeared. In my years of buying cars, this was a first and definitely not a way to treat a potential buyer.

Steve is a great salesperson, honest and trustworthy. We have purchased five vehicles from him. He is the reason we drive all the way to HAMER Toyota.

I went to the dealership to look for a new car and making my first purchase in buying a car and ended up leaving with a car I loved. Been buying cars from Steve for years.. While searching dealerships in 1996 I stumbled across Hamer Toyota and was greeted by a guy with a big smile and honesty written all over his face.That was Steve.. Being desperate and nearly broke Steve showed me a ONE ONLY add car(Toyota Tacoma) that was thousands off sticker.I agreed to buy the car the next day but that one only add car couldn't be held by deposit..Fortunately the dealership was closing and Steve offered to meet me before the dealership opened in the morning to make sure I got that car.. And part of this gift was that he was off the next day yet offered to come in just to get me the car. That morning of the next day there was Steve standing at the front door of the dealership waiting for me smiling even though I was at over 20 minutes late..Many apologizes later I explained that I left over 4 hours earlier on my mountain bike from Agoura Hills to get to the dealership in Mission Hills to pick up the car and was peddling as hard as I could all the way in the dark down Mulholland into the Valley as the sun came up...Steve waited and trusted that I would show up even though I was late getting there.It all worked out and I got the car yet Steve made virtually no money on that car sale and yet he came in on his day off to help out a stranger who was really in need ..Since then ive bought 8 cars from Steve and have had many friends go in to buy cars from him who all continue to do so...Hamer Toyota is a great great dealership but if Steve ever left Hamer Toyota and went somewhere else I would go get cars from him wherever he was..Its VERY RARE to find someone honest in car sales that you can call and consider them a friend ..Steve is that guy.. More people like Steve! My buying experience and interaction with Steve was great from beginning to end. I was able to pre order and purchase my 2025 4Runner with Steve without hassle and much ease. When all other salesmen told me it would be long before I could get on a list and a year to purchase, Steve made it happen. What I respect the most about Steve is his honesty and integrity from beginning to end without any gimmicks. The numbers remained the same from beginning to the end of the deal. Steve kept me in the loop of my vehicle because it was being shipped and I appreciated the updates within the process. When my car finally arrived, Steve was a pleasure to deal with on one of my happiest days. He stayed past his normal shift hours on a Friday in order to accommodate my schedule, which I appreciate the very next day. (I once texted this man at 4am because of my work schedule, not expecting him to respond but he did!) Steve is great at his job because he loves what he does for a living. Steve texted me to see how I was enjoying the vehicle the next day after my purchase, to confirm I was satisfied with my purchase. I am pretty sure if you look up the words “customer service” on a dictionary, Steve’s face would appear. If you are looking to purchase a new car and want to have the best buying experience, look no further and read any review on here about Steve because they are all telling you the truth but you will just have to live through the Steve magic yourself.
