I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.

I would give less than 1 star if it was an option. I have never been threatened by a manager for asking for a discount. The Manager Adam Burrell rushed out of his office and wanted to fight over me asking for a discount. The cars book value is so for from what they were asking I didn’t feel like asking for discount was unusual. What an unprofessional so called manager Adam Burrell is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever purchased a car from.

Tish was professional and understanding, had the Tahoe

Tish was professional and understanding, had the Tahoe warmed and and ready when we arrived on a terribly cold day. Good experience and will recommend to everyone looking for a new ride.

Really great experience.

Really great experience. We were looking for a Jeep Cherokee and they let us test drive almost all they had in the price range we were looking for. Really helped my wife decide on the one she wanted.

I made a purchase from out of state living in CT.

I made a purchase from out of state living in CT. Charlie made the process very easy and put my mind at ease answering all questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was given a video virtual appointment of the vehicle to supplement the pictures online which helped as I was unable to visit for a test drive. The process was transparent and easy with no hidden costs not listed online. I was allowed a pre-sale inspection performed by a third party to put my mind at ease as to the condition of the vehicle. I flew into Texas from CT to sign the paperwork and drive the vehicle home and when I arrived everything was fully prepared and in order making the process seamless for purchase. I would highly recommend doing business with Novak Motors.

I cannot stress enough how much this dealership made my buying experience the best I have ever had. Starting with the quick response after inquiring online about one of their vehicles in their inventory. Bailey was quick to reply to my questions and was super helpful in getting my appointment set for a test drive. I was early to arrive for my appointment, Bailey had an earlier appointment scheduled before me so when I got there, Charlie met me out on the lot as I was viewing their inventory. Having stated to Charlie that I was scheduled to meet with Bailey, he was polite to say he was currently assisting another prospective buyer and he’d be happy to assist me with any questions I might have, also stating he was the GSM of the store. Charlie ended up working with me all the way through to closing the deal on my “new” Jeep. It truly was such a pleasant buying experience and I will most certainly recommend Novak Motors-Bedford to anyone in the market to buy their next vehicle. I worked with them from out of state and they were helpful every step of the way. Jordan kept in constant communication without being overbearing. The deals we made via the phone held when i arrived to pick up the car.

Charlie at Novak Motors was excellent.

Charlie at Novak Motors was excellent. No one was pushy, and they made our buying experience super easy! I wish all dealers were like this!

I came into buy a truck.

I came into buy a truck. The price was great. My sales guy was great. Very attentive and helped me navigate the process. The finance guy was good. Explained everything thoroughly. The reason for my 3* review and not recommending is that the Sales manager, Charlie. My trucks transmission was locked up. They told me they'd subtract the cost of a rebuilt transmission from the trade value they would have given had the truck been running which was about $23k. No problem.. that was fair, that's all we can ask for. What wasn't fair was the price of the rebuild. The sales manager deducted $6k from my trade, which was about $1500 more than the cost of the rebuild. What a shady piece of work. Liar. I know the cost because I rebuilt my wife's transmission 1 month before which was the same transmission as the one in my truck. I was given 3 different prices for a rebuild from independent transmission shops (all of which said they give dealerships discounts) and the cost of me rebuilding the transmission instead of the dealership was $500-$1000 less than what the sales manager deducted. He deducted $6000, when I could have gotten the rebuild done for $5000-$5500 without a dealership discount. Shady... Then he comes to me and says that they are buying a NEW transmission from GM.. I asked "why are you doing that?"... His reply was "because it's cheaper than a rebuild." So this shady fly by night sales manager named Charlie just admitted to fraudulently over charging me for a repair. I'm pretty sure that's fraud if you do that to an insurance company, right? You legally can't turn in the highest bid from a mechanic and then pocket the cash... But somehow this guy did. All I asked for was $500 more on my trade... My sales guy was great... My experience was perfect until I dealt with this shady sales manager. I'd go somewhere else to buy a car if you're bringing in a trade that may have some repairs.
