I brought my 2013 VW Passat in for a warranty repair and recall. This was my first time using Leith for repairs. I was very impressed with the overall service I received from Leith VW. The receptionist Was very pleasant and the service advisors were pleasant and knowledgeable. When I explained my problem, they knew exactly what the issue was. With the ongoing Pandemic, I felt that my safety and protection was their foremost concern. My repair was completed in less time than quoted, and so far functions well.

Adam and Joe are awesome. The whole service department is at this location. Im still waiting to hear back from Joe about upgrading my stereo to one that has Apple CarPlay

I received a recall for my 2017 Golf Alltracks sunroof drain cleaning and modification. I unfortunately didnt get my car in before a week of storms tested my sunroof and leaked resulting in some interior damage. Normally I would panic if something goes wrong with my vehicle, but Matt and the service team at Leith VW were incredibly cool and quick with getting my car safely back on the road. They were very thorough with service and repairs to my vehicle. Matt kept in contact throughout the process and made sure I was informed on the best way to maintain my car once all repairs were made.

Great customer service and Joe did a good job explaining what repairs were needed as well as a written estimate. He was very thorough and he explained what I didnt understand.

Troy was extremely helpful to me. He walked me through eveything with me step by step and made my first car buying experience simple and less intimidating. He also still checks in on me and my mother as well. Im glad we were able to get him as our dealer.

Mike was the best not pushy or trying to hype a sale he let us drive whatever we wanted and owns the product as well. Took extra time with me to show me how to program things in the car! He even washed it himself! Would definitely recommend this dealership and him!

I had taken my car in to be serviced. While waiting I started looking at new cars. I met George and Max and they both were extremely professional and very helpful. I hadn’t even thought of trading, but before I left, I was all in and wanted to trade. Convincing my husband wasn’t so easy! When I do buy a new car, I will go see George!!!
