German and Max were excellent to deal with. I was able to trade my SUV in for a minivan. They even help me get financing. While test driving the van I noticed that the front rotors to be turn. I told this to German and Max and both of them was willing to have them turn after I made the trade. I also needed both key fob program by the dealer and they were awesome in paying to get them done. Arrived for a test drive, the car was still being worked on and when we did drive the car it had some obvious issues so I passed on the car. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating I am sure, had the car been in better condition, I would have purchased it from Max.

Above and beyond because 1) not a high pressure sale, 2) walked around car with me and pointed out additional small door dings and chips and had his on site dent repair tech fix all, 3) I identified tires were fairly worn and I was buying for winter traction and 3 kids safety, Max helped get the tires, 4) Max worked w local big shop dealer and had a second key cut and programmed to satisfy his customer! 5) I enjoyed the indoor storage of the cars especially as winter hits, 6) kept in contact with me during the repair process, do I knew exactly when it would be ready, 7) I goofed and somehow bounced my deposit check, Max understood and we had a good laugh about it and he was perfectly pleasant, A great car, a great price, and above and beyond pleasant customer service! We bought a 2006 Nissan Murano. Max & German were wonderful to work with. After a very bad, high pressure experience at a sleazy dealer in Maplewood a couple days earlier, we found this vehicle at Ideal, that was just posted on their website that day. Max immediately pointed out a couple of items that they had already scheduled for repair. Once the vehicle was returned to them, we took it to our shop for inspection, and they fixed the repairs that our mechanic pointed out. If fact, Max encouraged us to have the inspection done !. The entire buying experience was handled with class & professionalism, and after looking at a number of Murano's, at many metro dealers, Ideal Auto Imports was a true "Breath of Fresh Air" , restoring our faith that there is a truly honest dealer out there when buying a car. We highly recommend them to all our family & friends.

Bough a Subaru Outback and dealt with Max. The overall buying experience was really great with basically no pressure to buy. Excellent change from buying from a big name dealer. Got a good deal on a great car. It drove great, looked really good for its age. Absolutely happy with the experience and service we got. Would definately buy from again and recommend them to friends.

Max was very helpful with any question and offered plenty of additional information without any high pressure sales pitches, he allowed us to look and even test drive without hovering over us all the time like at the big dealers. He didn't rush us or suggest we hurry and buy so not to loose the car to someone else. The selection of quality used vehicles was great, everything kept indoors in climate controlled invironment. Overall a great experience.

I bought a car from them this spring and was very please with it. They did a great job with customer service and gave me a good deal. I decided to get an upgrade and returned to them because of their customer service. Once again they treated me with class and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They even threw on two tires and repaired a mirror at my request for no additional cost. These guys are legit and I will return to them again and tell others to go there. I've been to other dealers, and they can't even compete for price, quality, and customer service!

I got a fx 45. Car is nice, but had alot of things that sould've been done. It was 2 qts short on oil. It had water in the raditor instead of anti freeze. I don't know what's wrong with the sat radio. But it runs good. I feel like it should've been 1000.00 Cheaper. I've put about 800.00 into the car so far. But it runs good.
