Buyer Beware

BEWARE: I purchased a Vehicle from them paid cash for a brand new 2015 vehicle it has been over 18 day's since having the vehicle and none of the items I was promised did I receive. Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager

Great Experience

I found the vehicle online and was four hours away. Called and spoke with Walter, who help the vehicle for me until I could get down there to see it (4 days). Purchased the vehicle and couldn't be happier, I would definitely make the eight hour round trip to buy from them again.

My vehicle buying experience at Harper Motors

Having looked for a particular model and color used vehicle for over one month in California with no luck, I turned to the internet and found it at Harper Motors. From the first call I placed to them, they were attentive and professional , answering all my questions, forwarding me more detailed pictures I requested and agreed upon a sale price lower than had been advertised... with that, I flew out two weeks later to be personally met at the airport, taken to the dealership. Upon inspecting my vehicle... I found it to be much nicer up close than the internet pictures or advertisement Harper had placed online.. the closing went smoothly and quick and my drive back to CA was uneventful... Id like to thank Marshall and his staff for their courtesy and professionalism.. I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from then again! Thank you! Sincerely, Gary P. Palm Springs, CA

Exceptional Customer Service!!

I live approximately 35 miles from this dealership and from the first phone call from Patty at this dealership I knew this would be the place that God sent me to purchase a car. I started out looking at a Pre-Owned automobile that they had and ended up with a brand new car. From Patty, to Mary to John, EXCEPTIONAL is the one word I can use to describe these people. The car buying process was painless thanks to them!
