We bought an Infiniti a few months ago. I highly recommend Paul Miller Select and Dan as a salesman! The process was the best my husband and I experienced in many years.

I have bought several cars in the past from Dan Gino. Every time is straight up and honest and gets me the best deal he can. I know he is not blowing smoke and has always been reliable. If I have any questions even months after a purchase he takes my call. I would highly recommend Dan Gino if anyone is going here to look.

He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He helped me pick a car I loved within my price range knowing I was in a bind and needed something. Dan even helped me get top dollar for my trade in. Car buying is never enjoyable. Dan and the team at Paul Miller made the process far easier than I ever expected it to be. I was searching for a preowned midsize SUV. I found a low mileage Chevy equinox at Paul Miller select. I must say that the buying experience was outstanding. When my bank couldn't get the financing right Paul Miller select came through. I have outstanding credit and was approved within minutes.

Seriously, NO COMPLAINTS. These guys were not pushy, straight forward and took care of us from the beginning to the end. Their car prices were very reasonable, and service was perfect. They took care of everything. My Sales Rep Jeff was truly awesome at Paul Miller Select, and so was his Manager. Cannot thank them enough.

Came in with my husband while car shopping... stood around on the lot for 10-15 mins before deciding to go find a sales associate for our selves... inside the make shift dealership I found dirty carpets pet odor and indicative of the type of "sales people" we were about to deal with. We asked to go for a test drive Carlos had absolutely nothing to say or had any knowledge of the car he was either unable or didn't want to answer any question we had... upon return to the lot he jumped out of the car on his phone ran inside and left us standing in the lot holding the keys (no wonder I've heard they've had issues with car thefts...) he never came back out nothing my husband went back inside but down the keys no one said anything so we left... never again will I shop at paul miller nor recommend anyone to do so either...

I visited this place because of it's association with Paul Miller. Well, let's just say the name is where the similarities start and end. It's a trailer with two disinterested very young salesmen inside. I was looking at a car which clearly had poor body work, significant paint wear on the front, and just so-so mileage. Still they wanted top dollar, about $1,500 more than comparable equipped models elsewhere (without the telltale body work). The car also needed some maintenance, but they remained absolutely firm on their pricing. Salesman accompanied us for the test drive but spent the whole time playing with his phone. Keep in mind this is not a dealership, its a used car lot, so they want to sell like they are a private party but price like they are giving you something certified. They brag that their cars are checked by Paul Miller's Bently shop. Whoopie. So I went elsewhere, found a car with about 8,000 less miles, equipped the same, and less wear on it - and NO bodywork. All for about $1,200 less. I can't say too much about the actual purchase process since I never got that far.

I recently picked up a 2012 A4 and it was an absolute breeze! The guys at Paul Miller Value Center didn't play any games. From the minute I called them to the minute I drove off the lot they were patient and respectful. At no point in the process did I feel any pressure to buy the car. It was very clear that they wanted me to buy the car, but their priority was that I was satisfied with my purchase. Mike was a great guy throughout the entire process. He was straightforward, very clear, and made the experience very easy for me while explaining each step. Usually, when you get to the finance guy you get haggled and you feel as if they are trying to take advantage of you. However, Carlos was the man! He handled his business in there and got me a great deal. Both Mike and Carlos stayed beyond closing to make sure that we got the deal done. I would 100% recommend Paul Miller Value Center and actually already have. Don't be fooled by the trailer, this place is great!
