The WORST!! RUN don't walk away from this place. They are a joke. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Unprofessional. Never buy here or regret it.

Bought a used vehicle the first week of January of 2019. The ONLY reason why we gave them as MUCH as 3 stars is because we were in an unusual financing situation and they got the job done. Customer service was FANTASTIC... up until we signed on the bottom line. I realize they we did buy a used vehicle. HOWEVER, I have NEVER purchased a used vehicle for a dealership that I have had to sink so much time and money in within the first 7 months of owning it. It failed NJ inspection right from the door (needed a new Catalytic Converter, which, to be fair they DID cover) Both struts, both ball joints, and now a CV Joint. That does not include the full set of tires (that were appartently shot to xxxx when I bought it), the brakes and a host of other things that DO go under normal wear and tear, but when you combine it with the other parts it shows an overall lack of maintenance on the vehicle, and apparently CW Clarke did not bother to even LOOK at the vehicle to judge if it was even safe before selling it to a family with children. My advice... think twice and/or have a certified outside mechanic go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb BEFORE you sign. And for the LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT take it to Term Automotive, they are in CW Clarke's pocket. We originally took it to them to have the vehicle looked at, they said nothing wrong, just needs a little bit of grease. WRONG. Ball joints shot and needed replacement. Lo and behold, replaced them and the problem stopped. Funny how that happened.

Went shopping on my daughter's birthday, looking for a fun, sporty car. Found it in this car. Art, the sales representative I was working with, was very helpful, and calm while I re-educated myself with the clutch! Delivery was a breeze; I was having scheduling conflicts and Jim and Art drove the car to me. Great customer service! And very nice people!

Great atmosphere in here it was an absolutely great experience even better that I left owning a car...I'd recommen this place to anyone and everyone thank you CW Clarke

I just bought a 2017 Honda Pilot they worked with me with no money down and my credit was not up to par but their Mgmt. team worked with me to get a bank approval that I was more than satisfied with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The manager and salesman agreed to my price for a 2003 DTS by phone and once I got there they said they couldn’t do the deal!! Waste of Time and a bunch of lies and games!
