Been researching a car for awhile and Found one @ Fiuza Motors with the best price. I called and talked to Renato and just decided to buy it sight unseen. I had purchased many cars before all kinds of things can go wrong despite the best intentions. My issue was I was across the country. I had my car shipped all the way to NC and upon it's arrival it had some "issues" right off the truck. I immediately called Renato and sent him a video of the rather pricey problem. Now I fully admit I bear some of the responsibility for not checking the car out myself but Renato promised me this was not a problem he ran into while he had the car and he would work with me to make things right. Upon getting a quote from my shop about the repairs, he did not hesitate to help me out and immediately called the shop and paid for it. I was super impressed as was the shop I took it to. Even after all these issues, I still got an amazing deal and probably saved thousands even with the cross country shipping which he also arranged. Don't hesitate to call and make that deal!

This was my first experience buying a car. I found the car that I wanted and when I was about to sign paper work I said I wasn't comfortable about signing it because I hadn't taken the car to a mechanic to get looked at it first and I didn't want to get stuck with it half way down the road incase it broke down because i was buying it AS IS. Renato told me that if it had any problems just bring it back to him and he would take care of it, and that gave me the confidence to go ahead and sign for it. About a week later I noticed the engine was acting funny and I took it to a mechanic and found out the transmission was going bad and would cost around $3000 to fix! I thought I was screwed because I had bought it as is! I was so angry at myself for not getting it looked at first! I almost felt as if I was sold a bad car on purpose. But when I took it back to Renato to tell him about it, we sat down and he told me thats not how they do business at Fiuza Motors, and that he will replace the transmission for me and also give me a warranty on it. Renato is an outstanding guy and a man of his word! Out of all the dealerships in Salt Lake City, there are very few with this kind of customer service that goes above and beyond. I would recommend Fiuza Motors to anybody that is looking to buy a car. Because of Renato's outstanding customer service and proof that he honors his word when he says something, he has gained a customer for life from me.

I helped my friend buy her car from Fuza. There was no hassle, no presure, and no worry. Everyone was very helpful and had our best interests in mind. I was impressed at how laid back they were about test drives on all of their vehicles. Everything was in good shape and working the way it should. Absolutely NO pressure. Let us test drive the car by ourselves so we dont have a salesman yapping in our ears. Very friendly but professional. They actually give you real numbers and are honest. Very happy with these guys :)

What a great way to end my search for the perfect car for me. I am picky. I wanted a VW Jetta, manual and Fiuza Motors had the one. We arrived at their lot the day after Christmas while all the salesmen were working hard to clear the 8-10 inches of snow off their cars and lot. They let my three (not so quiet boys) sit in their waiting area (more like let them take over the TV) and watch cartoons while I test drove a few cars and test drove the Jetta twice. Each car I drove (four in total) were detailed as though they were new. They smelled fresh and were free of any defects. I did have one concern, the Jetta (2007) had a sound that was present when the heater was going. Our salesman promised to have it fixed should we decide to purchase. After the sale was complete...I had forgotten to have their mechanic look at the blower. That wasn't a problem. They told me they would honor their word and I could bring it back anytime after 9:30 durning the week. I brought my Jetta to the shop today, and just as they promised, they had their mechanic take a look and they ordered the new blower for my car. What a great group of men to be dealing with. A mans word is still worth something in this day and age.

This was my first experience at a used car dealership so I didn't really know what to expect. You hear horror stories of those crazy salesman that pressure you all way out the door which is what I was expecting, but that didn't happen. I already knew what car I wanted to look at when I arrived as I researched it online beforehand. When I arrived,I test drove it right away. There were nk o lines and no wait. I had a set amount I was able to spend and with dealer fees and licensing and registration fees, the total was well over my budget. Cris and his team worked together to help me and I was able to walk out the door with the car I wanted! They are also fixing a section of the clear coat that is coming off at no additional cost. Was I happy when I left? Yes! Would I recommend them to friends and family? Yes! Would I do it again? Absolutely! The only feedback I could give would be instead of replacing only the two back tires, I wish they would have replaced all of them. Being an all wheel drive vehicle, it is recommened that all tires be replaced at the same time, and for the price I paid it would have been nice having that done so I don't have to spend more money getting new ones, but all in all, it was a great experience!
