My new Prius
I just bought a 2023 Toyota Prius from Team Toyota and Russell was my salesman. Russell was our salesman in 1996, when we bought a truck for our son and he has been our "go to" person ever since. I will only deal with Russell because I know, that he has honesty, fairness and kindness all within him. I love my Prius and smile every time I pass by a gas station. Russell is the best. I always recommend Team Toyota to friends looking for a car, and tell them to ask for Russell.

Ask for Austin
I bought a Highlander from Team Toyota recently. We had a wonderful experience with Austin, the salesperson. He was really professional, committed and nice. He helped us a lot through the process. I give him 5 starts out of 5. Although we had tough time at financial department forcing us to buy the warranty with triple price, which I really did not like, Austin was so supportive and helpful. He was the most honest and nicest person we saw there. He assisted us to choose the best car. Highly recommended. If you go to Team Toyota, ask for Austin!

Stay Away
Poor service from Travis the sales person Paid cash for 22Camry and a week later Travis said that they made a mistake for I hadn’t put down a $5000.00 deposit. Why would I put down a deposit when paying cash. Then I received 5 credit denial letters from their credit department. Record everything that goes on while dealing with this bunch and that was my mistake for not recording

Mr Charlie was great!!
My wife and I came in with five vehicles we were considering for her. We were greeted promptly by Mr Charlie. We reviewed with him the vehicles we were interested in and Mr Charlie brought them all up front for us to test drive. He allowed us to make our decision without trying to steer us to a particular car. Mr Charlie was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Mr Charlie to anyone who likes to be treated with respect and not fill pressured into buying something that your not 100% sure about.

Untrustworthy
The managers at Team Toyota are completely unprofessional and will screw you over at the very first opportunity. Do not trust this dealership. There are many other decent and respectable Toyota dealerships to give your business to. I made a deal on a truck with a salesman and manager and they printed the a form out with the agreed upon purchase for me. I was in a rush and had to go do volunteer work for kids that were depending on me. I told them I would be back in three hours to sign all of the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. They gave me their word and promised me they would hold the truck for me and would be cleaning it up while I was doing my volunteer work for kids. After finishing volunteering, I drove the hour back to team toyota to buy the truck just to discover they were in the process of doing paperwork to sell it to someone who showed up while I was doing volunteer work. A spoke with a manager as well as the salesman I dealt with who both told me they were selling it to the other guy because he had bad credit and they would make a lot more money off of him because he would have to pay a very high interest rate to get it financed. So they basically told me they didn’t care about their promise and agreement they had with me and they would rather screw over me an honest and hard working and trusting family man because I have good credit. Team toyota would rather make quick buck by selling a vehicle they already made a deal on with me who is a hard working honest American to a guy who will probably struggle to make the payments. Team toyota is not a dealership that deserves any honest Americans business. There are too many other dealerships around with classy management teams who want to help you find the right vehicle at a fair and honest price and won’t screw you over like they did me. Do yourself a favor and don’t give team toyota your hard earned money and save yourself a waste of time.

Love My Toyota!!!
My husband and I was just looking around to different dealerships. So we decided to give Team Toyota a look around. When we drove into the parking lot (no vehicles) so Travis Sutton greeted us very friendly and courteous. So he gave us a tour of the vehicles to test drive. When I tell you this man was so patient and described the vehicles to us and gave us the prices of each vehicles. We test drove 3 but I fell in love with the Camry SE. long story short. I purchase the Camry SE in the black. Thank You Travis Sutton for your time and patient with us.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I was completely disrespected and talked down to by Chad, which is a “finance manager.” I had spent the evening before looking and test driving trucks. By the time I made my final decision, they was closing. No big deal. I had been dealing with Grant a salesman and Kevin in finance the first day! Both of which are great guys and completely professional. But the next day me and my fiancé had to repeatedly call them every few hours after being told they would call me or her back shortly. Never did they call us. Finally my fiancé got them on the phone a couple hours before closing. They tell us to come on in every thing is good. But when we got there, there was a totally different salesman named Henry and Chad a finance manager! Both of which were complete jerks and treated us like garbage! Also started calling me a liar about my income. And blatantly saying I lied. But all I had done was emailed my check stub to Grant the day before and he filled it out. Yes he made a mistake in the process he used, but it was still accurate amounts. He had just used my overtime to get monthly average! But Chad, a total jerk, continuously tells me I did it. Finally, I got Grant on the phone and he told Chad he did all the calculations. And he apologized several times. I was not upset about the mistake. I was upset at how Chad and Henry handled me in front of my fiancé and children. And after they told us to come on back everything was good, they start calling me a liar and tell me we have to come back tomorrow and start over. They lost the $44,000 deal! I went straight to Royal Nissan on Airline in Baton Rouge. From the time I got out the vehicle, to the time I was signing paperwork on a Nissan Titan 4x4 was 55 minutes! Unbelievable service and dedication at Royal Nissan! Chris Anderson “salesman,” Andrew “Manager,” and Chris Conrad “Finance”. Team Toyota I hope you investigate the situation and at least reach out to make a report about how your employees treated an already “APPROVED” buyer. I will not recommend any one to go to Team Toyota.
