Would like to have the opportunity of turning in a lease...

Would like to have the opportunity of turning in a lease for another vehicle to be a little less time consuming. I left as we could not agree on a financial amount only to get a call halfway home to Delafield to come back as they “found” a car. So five hours later I was in a new lease !

I was not expecting to by a new car,the team made it happen

They were very friendly and helpful,I was going to buy a used car and could not, The Russ Darrow team made it happen for me to buy a new one,I am very thankful to them.

It was amazing!!!

I came in to Russ Darrow with low expectations thinking I was going to buy a car from their wholesale lot. Rigo assured me that they could get me approved and get me into a reliable car and he did!!! I am so greatful that he took the time to help me and get me into a car I love!!

Not Recommened

Bought a used car from them in August for our son. We took it in for an oil change on 11/6/2019 and the engine seized up on 11/9/2019. After the expenses of having the car towed home and then to the dealership, we were informed that Russ Darrow will not take any responsibility for their mistakes.The service manager Marvin Garrison quoted a price of $ 3731 to replace the motor. The General manager Sean Sutton will not get involved to resolve the issue. Do not purchase a car or have your car serviced here!

We strive to give all of our guests a great experience. Our goal being to exceed customer expectations. Sometimes issues arise that unfortunately we can not overcome. We use these situations as opportunities to get better and hopefully prevent them from happening again.
