Rob was great.

Rob was great. Best experience I’ve had ever with buying a car. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to my friends and family. He was great, even with my kids being there.

I was interested in a used Accord for sale, and made an

I was interested in a used Accord for sale, and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, Rigo informed me that it was a wholesale car and that it needed $1300 in repairs. If this info had been disclosed to me I would not have driven over an hour to come see it. Very disappointing. On a positive note, Rigo was apologetic and kind.

Very poor customer service!!!

They refused to help out with any needs that I had with the car after I purchased it from them I have only had it a month and ended up with a new transmission had to have it toed and they refused to backup their vehicle or help their customers in any way very rude people Never had such poor customer service I will be telling everybody to never shop at Russ Darrow Mitsubichi

Great service by Malvin & team

Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

Definitely recommend

Definitely would recommend this place in the future. Made this car buying experience much better for me than my first time buying a car. Definitely appreciate how much I was taken care of and the fact they took what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car for me

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruise and didn't do a warranty

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruise and didn't do a warranty package. I got home I can't open the middle console and the key fob was damaged and the CD player doesn't work. Can I get these fixed by your dealership at your cost?
