This is an unfortunate review for us since we have no idea who we're responding to here. On any request to 'hold' a vehicle for a potential buyer for more than the current day of consideration, we require a non refundable deposit that ALWAYS is applied toward the purchase price. Further, we welcome our customers to have their favorite mechanic inspect our vehicles because we ONLY offer vehicles for sale that would easily pass an unbiased inspection. If this reviewer would like to further discuss whatever vehicle was being considered, please call us @ 515-528-8180. We want and expect our customers to be happy not only their purchase, but also the process of that purchase. As evidenced by so many other customers' positive reviews, it's disappointing to miss our expectations with this anonymous reviewer with no opportunity for clarification and recovery.

I asked for a search for a late model preowned XT5 Cadillac. Within a short time, I was presented with an offer to buy a 2017 model with less than 4000 miles. Price was outstanding compared to buying a new vehicle and this is basically a brand new car. Process was easy and efficient. Closing the deal went smoothly. My wife is thrilled with her new car!

Great buying experience. Found the car I wanted on line. Drove from KC to Des Moines and the car was just as advertised if not better. Husband and wife team make the buying experience like buying from family. Paperwork was done in a flash and we were on the road. Exactly the kind of place that you want to do business with. I bought my used Lexus RX 350 from Preowned Solutions last week. Tab is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions my wife or I had. Mona was great with us to assist financing our vehicle. Plus their dog Maggie is a sweet heart... Her and our 2 yr old son had a blast playing together.
