*Update* Concerned resolved 11/01/2012 There was some miscommunication between the salesman and myself and the issue was not elevated to correct person to resolve. Thanks to this site, the owner of the dealership was made aware of my issue/concern and contacted me. We had a constructive discussion and he was genuinely concerned with my experience and has taken every step possible to ensure I am a satisfied customer. I very much appreciate the time and effort put forth and am satisfied with the results. I mostly appreciate the ear the owner gave to hear my concerns. Thanks to Jeff.

Bought a Great truck from Great people
Bought a truck for my wife and i have to say everything went great. Sales staff was out standing. I was very happy with everyone at dealership and I will buy from now on at Jeff England Motor Co!

Was deceived to make the sale
Recently purchased a truck from this dealer. Specifically asked about the front brakes and was assured their shop thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Less than 2500 miles later, brakes are metal to metal. Either the shop is incompetant or the dealer has no concern for customer safety and will say anything to make the sale. I called and emailed the dealer expressing my frustration and received no response. Had no expectation other than a response. Very disappointed and would not recommend any buy from this dealership
