Spencer with Phil Long Ford

Spencer made getting your car repaired for warranty work a breeze. By far my best experience yet . He ensured that my family and myself were squared away and took the worry and stress out of the situation. He needs a raise because he cares about the customer and ensures things are done professionally.

Car service

Was great to have them pick up my vehicle to fix problems. Since I am confined for 6wks due to surgery. Now I have a running car!

These guys are your typical used car sales man that will pressure you and do anything just to get you to signed. I really shouldn?t have done this but when I first went to purchase this car the battery was dead, which they said was due to them not starting it in so long, and snow, and blah blah blah and it was why it had a check engine light, they charged it, light went away, and I ended up buying. The next day the light came back due to a bad O2 sensor, and shortly after I started having all kind of electrical issues. This was due to the battery being bad. Had the battery changed, but continued to have issues because the clamps wouldn?t fit the battery tightly. I believe the dealership knew about these issues and are just bad, untrustworthy people that will tell and say anything just to move a xxxxbox

No bait and switch here.

I was called by the dealership as a follow up to an email they sent. I explained what kind of deal I wanted and not to waste my time if they wanted to make a deal. Chris sent me a text message with a deal, so I went to the dealership. He was true to his word and I got the deal we discussed.

Ranger 2020 4x4 Lariat

Quick and easy process. Went in late Friday night for a test drive of a few different trucks and decided to wait until the next morning to decide. Our sales rep was very courteous and didn?t rush us to make a decision. It made for a better experience as we are used to pushy sales reps. We could not have asked for a better overall experience from this dealership. Finance was a breeze with no pushy sales tactical on anything we feel we didn?t need and overall was out in less than 2 hours from the time we got there, test drove the truck we liked, and signed the paperwork.

Daniel made this maintenance and repair service experience easy, smooth and painless. I know he did a great deal of work on getting all the right parts in a timely manner and worked right to the schedule he told me it would. I really appreciated how effectively he communicated throughout the process. Its no wonder he has won so many customer service awards - he is top notch! BTW - thought the narrated video overall vehicle inspection was outstanding!
