Great experience
I went in to trade in my truck and get a new one. The staff worked well to make sure they stayed in my price range and worked hard to get me the best deal. And I did get the best deal in my opinion. If I had to do it over again, I would. xxxxxxto my man Alex for helping me pick out a sick truck. Finance was a breeze and got me a better deal than anticipated.

could be better
The sales man I had was very good I didn't mind dealing with him at all John Martinez is a good guy. I can't say the same for the dealership as a whole, I purchase nothing but ford vehicles I am loyal to the brand and I can't say the same about the dealership to customer relations. My previous expierence has tainted the phillong name, I was sold a mustang as a preowned car but when I went to trade it in I was informed that it had been in an accident, that's false info given to me when I bought the car. Also you would thing that if you were to buy a brand new vehicle you would be treated like royalty, however I didn't feel as if phillong put forth that kind of effort, I ended up settling more than phillong did.

CJ. Thanks for your comments. We plan on treating you like royalty! You have yet to take delivery of your vehicle as of today! I'm told it's coming in tomorrow as promised you and we plan on rolling out the red carpet for you. I just spoke with my managers and they indicated you were happy with the entire transaction.As far as the accident on your trade in, we had no knowlwdge of it at the time we sold it to you. Great purchasing experience.
Purchased a new truck from Phil Long Ford in Motor City. Rick Costa did a great job working with us through our decision process. He was more than accommodating to our indecision about which truck we wanted. His working with us through the entire decision process was great, never pushing and letting us make our own decisions. Also want to give accolades to Ted, the gentleman that handled the paperwork and closing. He was very engaging and explained all of the options we had thoroughly. All in all, a very pleasant experience and one we will repeat in the future.

Dave the finance guy used cars
Beware of Dave the finance guy. In a nutshell he let me know what an idiot I was for not buying the extended warranty. He said he was being kind by letting me know this. Horrible experience at the end of sale. Scare tatics and bullying should not be used to make a sale with anything.

Stay Away
The worst new car buying experience ever. I was passed around like a ping pong ball losing a little more cash with each pass, Ford makes a good car. They should monitor their franchises. Buy your Ford somewhere else.
