What a great Experience!!
My salesperson, Khristi Hayden, was absolutely amazing. She ran interference for every problem and solve them all. I'm going to refer as many people as I can to her to handle their car dealership. Whatever was lacking anywhere else she made up for with her expertise diligence and positive attitude. The resales person should take lessons from Kristi!! I've sold cars and I bought cars and I've never had such a positive experience as I had with Miss Hayden at Phil Long. Poor detail service
I had a coupon for a complete detail. There was a misprint of the cost. Dealership agreed to honor the price, but did a terrible job on the detail. The chrome was not polished, the carpet did not appear to have been shampooed the leather did not appear to have been cleaned and conditioned. Really not any better then a good car wash. If I had paid full price they would have to redo the detail. Seems dishonest to me.

Very rude, Don't want the business
Over 2 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. When I asked why it was taking so long, Eric and Jeremy were extreme rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. I guess that's exactly what I'm going to do! Matt the manger sat behind us and never said a word.

Worst customer experience
Bought a 60,000 dollar truck there little over a month ago. Fan clutch went out which caused the fan blade to move , and bust a hole in radiator. Then told by the service department that the warranty I bought from them doesn’t cover the damage. And they want me to come up with 5000 dollars to get my truck fixed. Then try to trade truck in on something else and they had the audacity to offer me 30,000 on trade in for the truck I just paid 60,000 for. Worst experience I ever had from a dealership.

2016 Ford Focus repairs are ridiculous - no help!!
New Engine needed at 62K miles!!!! Purchased a 2016 Ford Focus 2 1/2 years ago from the dealership for 16K. Has maybe been driven a total of 8 months. The rest of the time has been spent disabled on the interstate or road, 2 - $250 each batteries, 7 months at the dealership for TCM recall plus $400 for an Actuator?, Fire blanket was torn off and they blame the tow truck driver. Never documented so now I can't go back on the tow company if true. How can a 7 year old car with 62K miles need a new engine? When picked up after the TCM, it ran for 1 day. I have already spent over $600 in towing and could not afford another one. I have contacted Ford Motor Company and filed a recall complaint with NHSTA to have these engines recalled. My son was stranded on the interstate for 2 days because the TCM would not allow him to lock the car...he has lost his income as he was doordash, uber, mapper driver. Absolutely Unbelievable. Now I have to have it towed home again to just sit in my driveway because I can't afford $8K engine.....will have to call the media now apparently.

2015 gmc terrain
We bought a used 2015 GMC and we were treated like we were buying a new vehicle throughout the process. We appreciated the work of the salesman as well as the helpful people in Finance who found us a better rate than expected given these tougher economic times.

20K - Service Update for 2020 Lincoln Navigator
20K Service on my Lincoln Navigator was outstanding. Everything was checked and fixed if necessary. Nothing done that wasn't necessary. Exchange of a loner car to my residence went without a hitch. Customer Service has always been friendly and the service manager always listens and addresses any concerns I have with the vehicle before and after the fact.
