Dishonest Sales

Their whole motto of “high quality, well taken care of vehicles” is absurd. We bought a used vehicle from them, and it lasted about 5 days before the engine gave out. This issue costs thousands to fix. We called the dealership, and the sales manager laughed. Buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

Top notch service department bought 5 vehicles

Bought 5 vehicles from here. Always bring them in for service. Always get coupons for deals on service and have saved thousands. Lindsey in the service department truly goes the extra mile. Always treated like family from a great family of employees that love what they do.

Don't seem to want or need the business

I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. I said what do you mean who was at fault I just pushed the button to open it and I heard a loud noise and it broke. He said well I can't guarantee that you won't be charged and maybe you would refer to bring it to some other dealership for service. This is not the kind of service department that I would care to bring my truck to and I would advise others not to either.

Very Pleased

I needed to have my air conditioning repaired in my car. I took it to Arceneaux Ford and they did an excellent job. They arranged for a rental. Initially the job was supposed to take two days, but it took longer than expected. Arceneaux Ford paid for the extra days of rental. That was wonderful.

Fantastic Service, Personal attention

Horrible service. Will never by there again!!!!

Worst dealership ever 2014 ford ecoboost bought it brand new truck is 2 weeks old an blow a head gasket. Been fighting with them for over a week an half now about his issue. I personal think ever last one of them should be fired an Mr. Thomas should hire all new poelpe over there. They are a joke know one has a clue what's going on over there.

Do not buy a used car from this dealership!

Bought a used car a few months ago and found out the car had been wrecked which was not brought to our knowledge. Auto check showed no accidents! Some cosmetic repairs were suppose to be taken care of which came out worse after they were repaired than they were originally. On top of that, the car has been in the shop 3 different times for mechanical issues. These people got their money and that is all they needed. Never been treated like this at Hub City to bad they didn't have the car I wanted. Will never buy from them again!! Want a Ford buy from Hub City best customer service around!!!!!!

will never go there again. my car is 2013, with 5 issues, they didn't fix anything. just west of time. the service manager is despicable and vile.. If you own FORD in New Iberia, you lost.
