Mr. Frankie Lopez was exceptionally skillful as a salesperson, and has wonderful customer service. He is very knowlegable about the cars, and super helpful. He was extremely patient with us, and engaged the whole family in the process of looking for a new car, including my seven year old son. We had to wait to get the windshield wipers fixed, and Mr. Lopez made sure we were comfortable as we waited. Mr. Richard was very professional as well, and super nice to work with. I am a big fan of Braman

My experience at Braman's service center was excellent. Fausto Leon, the service advisor, was courteous and very professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. I did not have to wait much for my service, was taken promptly and car was serviced within the time I was told. The waiting area is very agreeable as well. This first experience with the service area reaffirmed my decision to continue leasing or buying my autos from Braman.
