Purchased a used vehicle from Terry, great smooth transaction. Even met the owner, who was very pleasant! I would definitely recommend Great Deals on Wheels and any of their sales people! It's great to see a locally owned dealer who cares about the customers and the community!

They tend to fix up cars and flip them. Be careful when you look at these cars. I was still making payments on this car when it became unsafe to drive. I had to replace the breaks a month after I got the car... 8 months later one of the wheels were so rusted that the calliper went straight through it making a fist sized whole in the wheel not the tire... I found out that it was rusted out when a repair guy showed me the same wheel with the whole in it... Found out that all the wheels were rusted BADLY on the side not visible so got new tires and wheels the repair shop I went to has never liked to me it's the same one that my family has gone to for over ten years - this wasn't even a year into owning the car. I had to replace the entire exhaust system due to holes in three different spots and change out the front driver side headlight... Also found out that my passenger side floorboard was rusted out... I found that out when my wife nearly put her foot through it ( she's a size 9 and 5'1 not fat....) . Yeah they are very good with smiles and have a lot of patience (very kind) in there office almost makes you feel guilty for bringing up such faults specially when they are at fault -I took the plastic coating off of the seat rails and found rust on both sides.... 2 years into owning the car the engine began to fall out. I paid off the loan in full. The people at great deal on wheels are very nice and patient -do not let them fool you. Find someone else, buy a used car from an actual dealer not some lot owned by crooks. Quality is more important than this place where things fall apart right off the lot. And if you had bad credit like I did, get a credit card, make payments on it for 10 months and car pool for now -the amount of repairs and excessive money I poored into this -I could have had a NEW used car for the same price.

Terry at the location in Michigan city was wonderful they got me the truck I wanted at the price that is affordable with extended warranty that already came in handy and replaced the alternator and they really helped me because I was trying to finance a truck through this loan company and my interest rate was really high with really high payment then I talk to them about it filled out an app they made a promise that they wguarantee I will have a low payment and low rate. And two days later u got truck i wanted and payment is cheap with low interest rate. If I?m going to buy another vehicle I will check them out first

I highly recommend shopping at Great Deals on Wheels when looking to purchase a new vehicle. My experience was amazing! I opened up my Facebook one morning to scan the garage sale site and I ended up seeing this beauty of a car. I had been wanting to trade in my jeep for quite awhile. I called to see what it would take to possibly purchase a new vehicle. Tim Gondeck was happy to start the application process for me. Within a half hour... I was told that with the equity in my jeep , I did not need a down payment. I was even given a name of an insurance agent at Michiana Insurance, James McNallan, to assist me in saving on my insurance. I came in to test drive the car and fell in love with it. I never wanted to bring it back. I was given a great trade in value on my jeep by the owner, Rich. I was told that the finance expert, Todd, was able to get me a very reasonable car payment. I ended up lowering my monthly payment by $95.00 !!!! I have a car that is great on gas mileage and 3 years newer with 80, 000 less miles . This was a win, win, win for me !
