Love my Kia dealership in New Iberia Louisiana

Right from the purchasing of my Kia my experience has been wonderful. I feel pampered and like a special guest at each service appointment. Met at my car, seated in an immaculate waiting area with beverages and snacks available. internet, television the whole set up. Friendly staff - nobody walks by without acknowledging you either. Truly makes a relatively mundane chore pleasantly memorable.

Oil Change

Went in for oil change, was taken right away and did not have to wait very long. Very courteous and professional service advisers!!

Exceptional Staff

The staff was awesome!! They were extremely helpful and understanding. We went to.several dealerships, but JP Thibodeaux is the only dealer who gave us an amazing deal!!

I love the way crystal touchet the advisor took great care of me....the thing for me is not buying the vehicle...it is the service that follows. Service after the sale is what's important 2me.

Honda Service

Very efficient in that they explain what is going to be done to your car and the cost of the services. They explained the results of the service and went through the checklist.

Oil change / tire rotation

The multi-point inspection indicating some preventative maintenance needs. All maintenance needs listed and I picked those I wanted the dealership to perform. No pressure to preform any more.
