My vehicle was in an accident , and I needed a cheap car til I got my insurance check from insurance company, and I went to Top Notch and talked to Paul (the General Manager)and Chase , I ended up finding the car of my dreams instead a 2013 Honda Accord with only 14,000 miles on it, my insurance company is mailing the check directly to Top Notch instead of to me and I want everyone to know this is not your typical used car dealer, the amenities are great inside , the people that work here are awesome, I recommend this dealer to anyone! MERRY XMAS TOP NOTCH!!!

I usually do not write reviews ,but I had to this time because Rojas my sales Person and the Manager Paul are the best, I loved their honesty and they both me feel comfortable while I was purchasing my Dream Tahoe ,I brought my sister in to Top Notch and she bought a 2012 Malibu as well. I knew I was going to buy a car for them as soon as I called to inquire on the Beetle Convertible I have always wanted since High school, Linda answered the phone and was soooooo sweet and kind, she set up the test drive with me and my boyfriend , I came after work it was freeeezing cold outside and they even had the car in front of the dealer warmed up for us when we arrived, there was not much negotiation because it was internet priced I AGREE IT WAS A GREAT PRICE :) I have had it now for three weeks and just love it! We were looking for a 04-05 F 150 for almost three months in our area and the prices were absolutely ridiculous , we called Top Notch and spoke with Linda the Internet manager and she was very very helpful and courteous over the phone, we came in two days later from Milwaukee, Wisc to buy our 2006 F150 , the vehicle was exactly as it was described on cars.com , I wish we had dealers like Top Notch in our area , When you go there ask for the General Manager Paul Johnson he really knows the trucks,is very professional , and easy to work with, Our sales person was Rojas and was not one of those typical pushy car sales people , he was concerned of our needs and wants, rather than just a sale! After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in I set up an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle after my work hours. The sales team was extremely patient with me even though I had come late at night. They had the car I ended up purchasing waiting in front with the hood open and all the lights on. It was great to see the vehicle right when I pulled up. Needless to say, with a great internet price, the awesome customer service and extended warranty I ended up purchasing my vehicle and have been happily driving it for 6 months now. I have gone back to the dealership a couple of times for basic tire work as well as an oil change and they have had my vehicle back to me the same day fixed and washed! I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for a used car. Even though my car is a 2013 they have older more inexpensive vehicles as well.
