Terrible Experience

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst experience EVER!! Purchased a Chevy Colorado pick up truck as well as the 2 year extended service agreement which included 4 oil changes, tire rotations, inspections. Just before my 2 years, I took in into them for the final oil change and was advised that the frame was so rusted out that they could not lift it as the frame will fold up! Oh yeah, and it cannot be fixed. The dealership could not offer up any type of assistance in this matter. $16,000 and 2 years later am told the vehicle is "UNSAFE TO DRIVE"! You lose, you get nothing, good day sir! Save yourself some grief, go elsewhere, ANYWHERE!

Great Deals- great used cars

I just financed a 2010 Charger from here- the customer service was great, the price for my car was unbeatable, and, I’m very satisfied with my overall experience with them! The only thing was my car wasn’t cleaned, but, besides that, it runs great! :)

trade in and purchase new vehicle

I worked with Feldman on the purchase of my 2017 Cruze hatchback and was nothing but impressed. The sales process was simple and everyone was extreamly knowledgable and made sure that I was comfortable with the sale. Afterwards we noticed a slight issue with the brake rotors so I called up the dealership and sent them images of the issue. they were willing to fit me in anytime and even provided me a loaner car while the rotors were resurfaced and checked for any cracks. Great dealership from sales, all the way into service. I would recommend Feldman to anyone!

RUN as fast as you can!

RUN RUN RUN! This place is a joke! Bought a vehicle the beginning of December, BEFORE we signed any paperwork we asked the dealership to address several issues, one being the turbo due to the light turning on during our test drive. We were reassured by Johnny our sales guy that the issue would be ADDRESSED and FIXED! Low and behold after “maybe” two weeks with the vehicle the same problem occurred. Immediately called the dealership, Johnny said he’d call back, instead the dealership “minion” Nate called back. We were given nothing but he run around! Told us to take it to ANY dealership, “should” be covered under the warranty. (The warranty we paid $2,400 for, bumper to bumper.) BIG surprise, it’s NOT covered, they put a bandaid on it when they “fixed” it (turned off a censor and cleared the error code) and just a couple weeks in we are looking at a $1,400 repair and can’t get through to a single human being at the dealership who can actually do anything about this. Will be getting a lawyer involved, this place is unethical and shady to say the least.

Not Responsive

I responded to a posting for a 2010 Chevy Express with less that 20,000 miles on it. My request was to find out if it was available, and to ask for their asking price. They responded that they want to talk to understand my needs more. They did not tell me if the van they had posted was available, and they did not give me a price. Now I get emails from them all the time asking if I'm still interested in getting a van. These guys are completely non-responsive to specific questions, and I doubt they ever had this van in stock. Their use of the internet is just to draw people in.

Craig was rude

I spoke on /Friday and Monday with Craig about an advertised used car. He was very pleasant on Friday and said he would call me on Monday when the car was ready for test driving. He did not call on Friday so I called him. He said he would check on the car and call me back in about 5 minutes. Three hours later he had still not called me back. I called him and he said there were problems with the car and he was busy with a customer. (Obviously, I didn't qualify as a customer in his view!)

Craig was rude

BEWARE

First let me start off by saying buyer beware. Went there to look at a vehicle and once I got there at the time of my appointment, they advised the car was on a different lot. But while I waited they tried to show me another vehicle. Once the car arrived, the nightmare started. The numbers games...for 3 hours. Wanted low payment nothing out of pocket. Came back with perfect payment with nothing out of pocket. He left and came back saying, "we got you a lower payment, gave you an additional 1 $1000 for your trade in and $600 off the purchase. Only thing is now we need $1900 out of pocket." Told them absolutely not he left for another 45 minutes with another offer. I again said no and asked for my keys back. He came back one last time, this time saying the bank capped by loan amount. Hmmm never heard of that before. Well today I found out why....they were asking for a loan amount which was $4000 over what I needed. One employee today said, well maybe they were adding a warranty. One I did not ask for. So I called back the next day to figure out what they were doing. They advised they would do more checking and try to see how to get me into this car. Mind you I have perfect credit, never had an issue. So while he was checking another employee called me. Well, the car had been sold earlier, So what were they looking into? They did run my credit. Yup a total of 14 times between the 2 days. 14 hard hits...are you kidding me. Now look at my credit and boy did it take a hit. They can not answer why they were asking for such a large loan and money out of pocket. Only explaination I got from yet another employee was....well I come to work and I leave and try to make a customer happy. Really. So again buyer beware. Make sure the car is still available that they are trying to sell you and also make sure you tell them to only run your credit 1 time.

Beyond annoyed!

In late Aug I was looking for a vehicle for my teenage son. There were 2 used trucks listed on their website w/o pictures so I used the online chat option to ask for pictures which their website says that if you contact them they will send you pictures. I indicated which 2 vehicles we were interested in and gave the chat agent my email address to send the pictures to. WELL....all I have received since then is EIGHT computer generated emails titled "How are we doing?" and no pictures. I even emailed them on Sept 3rd asking them to remove me from this ridiculous email list since I never received what I asked for anyway and told them that I was annoyed and would be forced to leave a bad review if it didn't stop. WELL I have received the same FOUR generic "How are we doing" emails since then. I have a hard time believing that they generate any business by sending out these annoying emails or that they sell many cars that they will not provide pictures for. They certainly will never get my business!
