The process was a breeze. The salesperson that helped me was Jeff! He was super helpful and charismatic. He didn't pressure me into any vehicle. All he did was educated me on my possible purchases. Super chill environment plus Jeff was really hot. "I highly recommend"

I was passing by there dealership on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 and noticed a ford truck sitting on the lot. After entering the office and asking about the vehicle which I was interested in for my son I was told in order to hold the vehicle so my son could look at it on Friday I had to put a $2500 deposit. After there finance department ran my credit card for $2500 I was told that I could not get a refund on the deposit that instead I had to use it on another vehicle. After my son looked at the vehicle I paid cash for it. The vehicle had a chip in the windshield so I persuaded the salesman to replace it if I purchased the vehicle. I was told to bring it back the following Monday to get it replaced. After traveling around 50 miles from my house the water pump went out so I called a wrecker and pulled it to my mechanics shop. After spending $300 for wrecker, parts and mechanic we made it to the dealership and get the windshield replaced. I asked the manager to help me with the water pump. He took copies of the receipts and told me he would send them to their main office and reimburse me. This has been almost 3 months ago. “Buyer Beware”

Very nice friendly atmosphere, Assad the general manager stayed within my requirements, put no pressure on me and was very helpful. First place I have been given a copy of Autocheck.

I have always been told by my parents to be careful when trying to buy a used car because used care salesmen will get you, but that is not true for Budget Car Sales!! I had great customer service and I got an amazing deal! I 100% recommend budget car sales of columbus to anyone looking for a car!

READ BEFORE YOU BUY HERE: I had to give this place five stars, by far the best experience and easiest transaction to purchasing an automobile I ever had. Our salesman was Jalen James, request him, a very respectful truthful and courteous young man. He will not try to put you in something you don't want and understands the importance of making the right decision with a huge investment is up to the customer. He addressed any concerns we had. He even followed up with us after the purchase to make sure we were happy with our final selection. You won't find a better salesperson than Jalen. It's all about the customer with him. The sales manager Assad was also great, as well as, Shawn and Kevin in the finance department. They explained every form in detail and gave us an opportunity to read each page without rushing us to get to the next customer. If you are looking for the perfect car or truck go to Budget Sales, you won't be disappointed. We love our new truck, it is everything we wanted plus more. Don't forget to ask for Jalen.....he is the start to the perfect buying experience. No luck needed.

It was so easy and the service was top notch! I highly recommend Budget!

Have had my car for3 months. I kept having to go have air put in my tires so I finally ask for my tires to be checked for holes, etc. I was told my tires were showing wire and that was the reason. Ermt to Budget to express my concerns because they say a tire check is included in their certified inspection. Found out that they were told my tires were bad and sold me the car anyway. Was told they would make it right and after waiting for 8 days I was told too bad so sad pretty much, after going and calling for 2 weeks.

We were told by a slick talking guy who told us a cash offer means nothing to him, because he has banks ready to finance his cars. We walked away and the vehicle is still sitting on the lot!

I was looking for a specific charger and even though they didn't have one on the lot. The manager went out of his way to locate one and get it in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great experiance
