Nationwide is awesome to deal with

Great service, clean facilities, and great people

Found Nationwide after my mechanic folded up shop. The people are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make every visit a wonderful experience. The head mechanic, Rene K, is very knowledgeable and talks to me like an equal. The work is excellent, guaranteed, and extremely reasonably priced. Jon Dixon and Amy Schiffman have done their level best way to accommodate me and my car.

Maximum experience with Minimum hassle

My wife has been looking for a car for a while and we just didn't have any luck at any dealerships. We would get constant phone calls that we need to hurry back in because the deal would go away.(High pressure sales). They would tell us that we need to make a decision right now on the spot or the car would not be available.... so on an so forth. We went to Nationwide Auto Group in East Windsor and spoke to John and Amy and we expressed what we were looking for and then we were introduced to Steven, the owner. It was like going to a restaurant and placing an order without feeling any sales pressure. It was about 3 weeks later that we picked up our Nissan Maxima. Fantastic sale and service

I know that buying a used car can be a hassle. NATIONWIDE AUTO GROUP OF EAST WINDSOR made it a hassle free and an extremely, 100% dream of an experience. Unheard of customer service. The kind of customer service that really cares and delivers. Customer service means a lot to me because I'm in the customer service business. They went above and way beyond my wildest expectations of what customer service can be. My prayer is, that if you're Looki to but a car, just go to NATIONWIDE AUTO GROUP OF EAST WINDSOR. Peace. ?

Jeep wrangler purchase

I was looking for a used wrangler with a few miles on it for my son, I was looking to be a a certain price for a jeep wrangler. I was impressed with the quality of the jeep when I went to see it at this dealer, the car was in very good condition for the price. I ended up buying the car because Amy was amazing to deal with and the jeep was perfect for my budget. Amy was a pleasure to work with, I do recommend this Dealer the cars are in really good condition. As I was there it started getting busy, I knew I was getting a good deal when you see so many people at the store looking to buy. I had a great experience, Excellent buy my son loves the jeep!!

A Pleasure Doing Business

Many thanks to the folks at Nationwide Auto Group. After shopping for over two months, I narrowed my choice down to two Mazda 3s' at dealers on Hwy 130. After comparing the two it was clear that Nationwide offered a much better value for the price. Very courteous sales staff accommodated my requests with immediate, full and personal attention. The car was very clean and appeared to be detailed. Everything worked and the drive train was clean with no leaks or problems. Factory floor mats, software and complete manuals were included, which is rare when buying a used vehicle. After a test drive and close inspection I was confident of my decision and bought the car on the spot. The warranty is reasonable and better than I have found at most other used car dealers. The financing was easy and flexible. It was worth the trip from Allentown PA in order to find the car I wanted with the options I wanted and Nationwide had that and more. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Auto Group and in fact I already have. I was treated and respected like a customer in the old fashioned sense and not like just a buyer. If you are in the Philadelphia region and are considering an offering from Nationwide, it will definitely be worth your time to go there for a test drive. You won't be sorry.
