Write a reviewI would give a minus 10 if I could.
I would give a minus 10 if I could. Horrible service. Paid $98,000 for truck worth half that amount. Don’t care once they get your money!

Whatever any of you do, steer clear of future Ford
Whatever any of you do, steer clear of future Ford Lincoln, mercury service center in Roseville California. Had them do a three hour parking brake repair on my 23A. Took them 16 days to perform the service. They wanted to charge me $4200 for unnecessary repairs they cooked up. They damaged the top of my RV, left, wide, open cracks where the roof meets the back wall of the RV. Not sure if the idiot performing the service lifted it too high or somebody backed into something with the passenger side, rear of the RV and caused the damage. They are genuinely horrible service center for your vehicles. This just happened last week. My RV was literally perfect. Aside from the parking brakes needing adjustment. Bumper-to-bumper, it was spotless. Mechanically it was as close to flawless as it gets. What a bunch of effin idiots. Seriously, steer clear.

Bumpy Start, But I Think We Have A Path Forward
My experience did not start out great and I left a scathing 1 star review just two weeks ago. I will refrain from repeating the particulars of the combination of events and experiences that earned them that initial review. Brian Zwald (GM) and Mark Roos (Fleet Director) reached out to me very quickly with offers to make the experience right. I was very skeptical that there was anything that we could do. At that point I had already ordered and paid a deposit with the another dealership and was content to wait the seven months for the car I wanted. In the end, Mark and I agreed to a very fair and reasonable price that didn't leave me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. It was almost like the no haggle, no bull crap experience that I wanted from the start. Even better, through some dealer allocation magic, I might even be able to get my car sooner (which to be honest was really the only concession they could offer to get my business back at this point since the other dealer had already done or agreed to much of what they offered). While there is no promise as far as exact time frames or delivery dates (Ford Motor Co still control the manufacturing process and dealer allocations), I am pleased that they are making the effort. I also want to give a shout out to Yves Salas (former Sales Associate of the Year, former Rookie of the Year award, and recently promoted - congrats Yves!) who Mark assigned to worked with me to get the new order going. He was very knowledgeable (I'm one of those people who will ask a question I already have the answer to, so that I can establish a baseline of trust when it comes to the questions I don't have answers for yet), not only about the vehicles he is selling, but seemed to have a great deal of awareness of what else the other manufacturers are up to as well. If only he had been the one working the lot when I stopped by back on December 23rd and had the experience that really started this all off. All of that being said, I am glad we could work something out. This will actually be my fifth purchase from Future Ford since 1999 and I never had a complaint or concern about my prior experiences. While things did not initially go as smoothly as any of us wanted, if things pan out as we hope, I strongly suspect they will see me again when it comes time to buy car number six. Thank you again Mark and Yves!

Thanks for wasting my time and money
Johnny Rodriguez is the worse service person I have ever dealt. They make a appointment for a problem with my 2021 explore st and it sits there for days with nothing being looked at. Now he saying it had error codes for months witch is funny because we only had it for a month. Thanks for wasting my time and 65k for a xxxx box explore. What a wast!!!

Inept
I had purchased tags on my old car, in December to be exact. I have DP plates that go with me to every vehicle I purchase; I told that to finance, so they neglected to do a Transfer of plates to the new car I leased, now mind you I already paid my tags. I received new tags and plates that I did not need. That cost me 409. I went to the dealership, and they said plates don’t transfer, and you can’t put them on until you get your new plates , and even then , you are not entitled to a refund, long story short, I am entitled, when it comes to DMV plates and transfer, they don’t know what they are doing. I have purchased my last car from that dealership.

Future Ford Lincoln
I was looking for a Bullitt Mustang. Of course they had one. Their inventory is amazingly large. But the people were the biggest surprise. The guys at Future Ford were fantastic! There was no pressure at all from the salespeople—Junior and Shane were truly professional in everything they did. The test ride sold me. The ease in making the deal will bring me back to Future Ford. And they made me a screaming deal! John Le was informative and helped walk me through the warranty/maintenance options. I purchased one of several packages solely due to his information and my choice. There was no pressure at all. Had he tried to ‘sell me’ I would have bought none of them. If you need a Mustang, SUV or a Truck, go see Junior or Shane. I rate my experience as a 5 out of 5. Oh, and I LOVE the Bullitt Mustang!

Made Sure I Was Happy
I bought a used Toyota Tundra at this dealership. At first the truck wouldn’t start and they put in a brand new battery. The windshield has a star crack in it and they are going to put a new windshield in. (I have a buyers order so it’s in the contract). The financing guy was a little pushy. (I didn’t want gap insurance) and when he told me what the warranty was going to cost I lost my temper and stormed out. There was no way I was going to pay $3,500. for a warranty! They came out and talked me down and sold me the warranty for $1. over their cost. Yes the warranty costs them $. I had no idea. They made sure I was happy. Get a good sales person- they are like your defense lawyer and fight for you!! I highly recommend Lisa Sporhn. Just ask for Mama Lisa, she is wonderful to work with! Also Christian (One of the managers) is a really great guy and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Best service in the area for your Ford or Lincoln
I have been to all of the Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area including Folsom. Future Ford in Roseville is by far the best. You can trust them. Some look at the suggested extra maintenance as just an extra expense. It is actually preventative maintenance. My Expedition has never ran better.
