Dee closed the deal with my new Optima EX! I got the color I wanted-Remington Red, the premium package and more importantly the price! We went and purchased a new vehicle at this dealership and thought everything was great until a week after we signed the paperwork. We got a call that they had made a transcription error on the finance paperwork and now were looking to finance with other lenders. It has now been almost 2 weeks since we signed the paperwork and we are still waiting to find out how they are going to fix the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They screwed up and we are the ones who have to stress about it. I don't even think we will be going there for service once this is all worked out. I would rather pay for the oil changes than deal with this dealership and use the free oil changes they gave us.

Not easy to work with and unhelpful. Talked me out of trading in my vehicle and now I'm stuck with 2 car payments. And 2 vehicles that I don't even like. And now they won't help fix the problem.

My sales team was Mario and Eric. They were awesome. One was training and one was teaching. they were so professional. Thanks guys

I brought both cars in for service and they are so courtesy with my time. If they day 45min it will be that or less.

It ended better then it started

Just purchased a car from JT's Kia and it was an excellent experience due to my salesperson Dee. I honestly have no bad things to say. He was very honest, took his time to make the deal work, he has called several times to make sure everything is ok! I will refer anyone I know to him because I can be sure they will get great service!! I can only speak for Dee.....so ask for him!! If he is not available, wait until he is!!!

Best Kia dealership I have been. Friendly staff and great work done. Was in and out quickly. Will not go to an other Kia dealer in SC
