JDVW was an absolute pleasure to work with. We don't usually say that about car dealers, but this experience was seamless, convenient, welcoming and quicker than usual. The local team really accommodated our budget and didn't waste our time. Tristan may be new but he's very honest, loyal, and a humble guy. If you have him as a salesperson, consider yourself lucky. He genuinely loves what he sells and is very knowledgeable.

They sold me a new car in a trade in, took a deposit and promised it will get back to me within 5 to 7 days which it hasn’t. In addition they don’t return my calls and didn’t send me the signed documents of the deal as well as lost and didn’t provide a second key to the car. This is not the service I expected for.

Straightforward, easy, and quick turnaround. I didn’t spend hours there, I went in, looked at the car I wanted, and asked the salesperson to get me out as quickly as possible. I left knowing exactly what my next steps were. When I came back to pick up the car, I was in and out in 15–20 minutes max.
