I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership

I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership entirely. I spent several hours of my valuable time driving to this dealership to inspect a vehicle they were offering for sale. After inspection and test we reached an agreement for me to purchase the vehicle at a specified “out the door” price. I told them a needed some time to transfer funds between banks as it would be a cash purchase and they agreed with this. I placed a $500 deposit via credit card and signed a contract to purchase the car at that price. This all occurred on a Thursday afternoon, Jan 2, 2025. I told them I would try to pick up the car on Monday if the funds arrived in time but they didn’t reach my bank until Monday afternoon. I spoke to the sales rep and told him it was too late to get a cashier’s check and pick up the car at a reasonable time. I further explained that I had to work the remainder of the week and asked if I could pick it up on Saturday. I was told it was OK to do that. I was contacted on Friday via text asking me if I was still interested in the car. I told the rep that I had already placed a deposit and signed a sales contract. He then asked when I planned to pick up the car and I explained that I had already communicated that I planned to pick it up Saturday and that it was agreed upon. The response was “Ok, see you tomorrow, I’ll have the car up front for you.” I headed to the dealership Saturday morning, as planned, with a cashier’s check for the full balance due on the vehicle. I phoned the dealership to make an appointment for completing the sale while driving there and was connected to the sales rep. He told me at that time that the vehicle had been sold to someone else “last night”. I expressed by extreme displeasure at that time but he seemed rather apathetic about it. He told me that the deposit holds the price but not the car which is absolutely absurd in my opinion and likely legally unsound. I believe that this dealership breached a legally binding agreement to sell me a vehicle.

Easy parking.

Easy parking. The dealership had the drop in bedliner I needed. I searched numerous other dealerships without success . Friendly service advisor.

Service was completed in good timing but the caps were not put back on my front tires.

PLEASE READ!

PLEASE READ!! By far the worst service in the metroplex. Do not purchase a vehicle from them. They are so quick to take your money but when you need them to provide a service it was night and day. I have purchased their best warranty yet jobs cannot be completed due to lack of technicians and lack of accountability on management. Went to service my truck for a rattling noise which I knew was the suspension and they played me for a fool. They "tightened up the screws" fixing the problem ultimately making the same noise as it did coming into the shop. IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS!!!!!! To tighten screws. I have their best/ extended warranty yet it does not cover my exhaust manifold. Ultimately ended up paying because I just wanted my truck back. Oh and by the way my truck is still doing the ticking sounds on the exhaust manifold. You guys are a disgrace to dodge and to think I was going to purchase a 2500 I think not.

Terry Owens service Mgr, he will go out of his way to

Terry Owens service Mgr, he will go out of his way to help you but his employees are useless and lazy my truck is in worse shape then when I took it On my 2022 2500 it is the Rough Riding vehicle I've ever had. The gas pedal and bright pedal. When it hits a bump in the road they shake and you can hear metal Radley. Mind you, this is a brand new truck.l put new tires on it with just 17000 miles now it more rough Riding than before I didn't think it could be worse than when I got it I bought both of these vehicles brand new from, they a excellent Mgr there over new vehicles his name was David Ortiz they need him back he made that dealership he cared about the customer not only to sale but after the sale. Now they r like all others get the sale and the xxxx with the customer, like I sa8d Terry Owens a excellent service Mgr but he is one person and he can only do so much I wouldn't be surprised within the month as much as I work. That man, he'll probably quit also.
