Bought a used yukon and they took care if everything, good card quality, nice waiting area and kids space. They also took care of extendinf the warranty.

Awesome salesperson. He made the car buying process much easier. He's knowledgeable and his expertise exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend him. He greeted us at the door. Great atmosphere and experience. I would definitely recommend Brandon for anyone who is in the process of buying a new or used Lexus.

Chad Kent agreed to a very fair price on the vehicle and all of the staff were very nice. I especially want to thank Shelli Ali in sales, I didn't buy a 40-90K Lexus but she treated us as we were, as well as the rest of the staff. Shelli answered numerous questions when I spoke with her 3-4 times on the phone. She put her eyes on the car and noted each feature to assure it was something that I wanted to take off of work and travel to NO to see. It was everything she said, a very clean and very nice white 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Jodi and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase and experience with Lexus of New Orleans!
