This review is long over due. My family has leased 4 cars from Bay Ridge Volkswagen and are going back again to find a 5th. We first met David Gokhshtein in 2013 and he is truly a trusted businessman, and an absolute honest professional! He will work with you and never try to push you into anything that you're not comfortable with while discussing your financing. After a bit of time we met Jorge Quezada, both David and Jorge could not be more pleasant, patient and helpful. I, my son & my sister all chose the beautiful Passat. This year my husband met with Jorge and David again, and he went with the awesome Tiguan! We're going going back again to see David & Jorge this week. The VW cars are true quality, once you see how they're made, feel how they handle and drive... you will not want to compromise for anything less. I had been to a couple of other places. They were nice. They gave me popcorn. They had fancy water. They didn't know the answers to any of my questions. So by the time I walked in to Bay Ridge Volkswagen, I was filled with popcorn and out of patience. I had whittled my questions about the car I wanted down to 10. I politely talked with Jorge: he answered 7 of my questions off the top of his head, did research on two more, and got back to me with the answer to the last one (which required him calling around a lot more) the next morning. He told me what I probably didn't need and didn't try to sell me that. He actually asked me a few more questions to make certain I really needed what I asked him for. In the end, I got the car I and my family wanted for a good price with a great warranty. I wasn't out to get something for nothing, and nobody at the dealership, including the finance manager, made me feel pressured to spend a penny more than I wanted. I actually had a really good time. Is that weird? That's weird, isn't it. I'm sure that's weird. But honestly, it couldn't have been more pleasant.

The title of the review says it all. I just bought a beautiful 2015 Golf Sportswagen Turbo from this place and couldn't be happier. They were very attentive to my needs (both in terms of the vehicle itself and the financing) and obviously knew their stuff. Answered all my questions and concerns. And: I LOVE this car. Highly recommended.

Great sales staff and extremely easy buying process. They really take care of you here. Extremely nice people and great cars. Would recomend to anything looking for a new or used car. Ingrid was a pleasure to work with and made the experience an enjoyable one.

Anthony was great every step of the way. Made sure to square out last minute hiccups so I could drive off with the car that night. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I came to Bay Ridge Volkswagen interested in leasing a Tiguan. This was my first time leasing a car so I was new to everything. Jed and Jorge made everything so easy and it was a pleasure working with them! I got the car I wanted at a great deal and I left very happy! When I came to pick up my car Jorge told me everything I needed to know about it and he made himself available to contact him in the future should I ever need to. I will definitely be coming back to them when my lease is up and I would highly recommend anyone else to come to this dealership.

Jorge Quezada and Jed and the financial guy ( sorry I cant remember his name , handsome guy) treated me like GOLD. They accommodated my schedule and I even got a great cup of coffee. Justin Harmon at Bay Ridge Honda certified pre-owned was recommended to me and I had a great experience working with him from our first call through the entire experience. I came in pretty disappointed after visiting and speaking to a couple of other Honda dealers. Justin was honest and straightforward and that made all the difference. I was looking at both used and new Hondas and in the end I wound up buying a new car from Justin's colleague across the street. Justin was gracious in taking me across and introducing me to a new car salesperson and manager, insisting that his job was to see me be happy with whatever car I bought. After putting in time with me and then having me go across the street, Justin could have been rude, but he was not. Just the opposite. He even called me a couple days later to check in and make sure I was happy with the car I wound up buying. It was such a relief to deal with someone so honest and I highly recommend Justin if you're looking for a certified pre-owner Honda!
