I have been shopping for a used Ram 1500 for months. Looking at many dealerships before stopping by Valencia Dodge. At this dealership I met a young salesman named Ryan, He listened to my needs and added his thoughts to assist me in making the right purchase. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. His down to earth personality and honesty won my loyalty to this dealership and him. We communicated weekly until he matched me to the truck I finally purchased. Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I must say that during the entire procedure of trading and purchasing another vehicle, the staff members that attended to me were more that outstanding from the beginning with Ryan, the Syed, then with Kim and James & finally with Kim, James and Syed again. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service showed to me and their understanding towards me in my time of need during the entire process. My hat goes off to them all !
