I HATE THIS DEALER WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORSE ENEMY! VERY UNPROFESIONAL AND THEY DISCUSS YOU BUSINEES IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, NO PRIVACY WHAT SO EVER, THE CARS LISTED FOR SALE WERE NOT ON THE LOT, AND THE FIRST THING NADA ASKED ME WAS HOW MUCH MONEY I WAS PUTTING DOWN WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING ME THE CAR THEY SAID THEY HAD BUT DIDNT NOR DID WE DISCUSS HOW MANY MILES, THE PRICE OR ANYTHING. IF I HAD TIME I'D SUE THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND MAKING ME COMMUTE THERE AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM OVER A COURSE OF 3 WEEKS, JUST FOR IT ALL TO BE A LIE!

Husband has A 1 credit. He was given a higher interest rate. Without his authorization they open account with a credit union. Now I know how Welfargo customers felt.

They basically told me to give my car back to the finance co I currently have and finance a car with them That’s terrible advice I understand I have challenged credit but who would tell someone something so insane

My experience o.k,office was really small and I had to stand up while waiting for paperwork. The employees were nice. I have a bank account, make well over 2,000 a month,a valid driver license,proof of income,a down payment. And left with no vehicle." Make sure you have proof that money is being deposited in your bank account" Proof of direct deposit is also needed...This was a first for me...But the staff was nice.

My experience was great. I dealt with Samuel. He was funny, answered all my questions and he was patient. Everyone was very courteous. I would definitely recommend people there.

My experience with Samuel Melgar was awesome!!! I did not know what to expect and could I afford a car payment after a decade. Sam made me feel so good and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. He kept working with his Manger and showing vehicles that would fit my finances. I never figured to get a 2017 Dodge Journey GT. What a blessing for me. The vehicle is covered for 4 Years on maintenance. They did everything and are still doing for me now. I called on Aug 14 about getting my vehicle inspected. I was going to handle it. They told me to bring it in and they will pay for it!!! I love this vehicle. Maybe because my kids are grown and gone with their lives. This is my toy!!! I am still excited driving it around. I bought this great vehicle on July 31, 2019. The whole Team also was great all members helped completing this deal. I am proud to tell everyone where I bought my SUV. I repeat I never thought I could afford this SUV!!! I am so glad they play their commercials on the radio. I hope they never stop!!!
