I don't think we need to keep rehashing that I am not at

I don't think we need to keep rehashing that I am not at ALL satisfied with the service (fixing leather on seats) if you would even call it fixing! It looks 3X worse now than it did because there's 3X more wrinkles than when you attempted to fix the problem I would suggest telling customers if this happens again that your place of business (if you can call it that) is not capable of tackling this problem and moving on. I can tell you how I really feel if you want me to! I would also suggest that you tell people you treat everyone and problem the same and not to single people out!
