Credit reports run without permission

Went to LOOK at a convertible Camaro in March 2015, and were asked for our licenses. We weren't even going to test drive a car, just looking for fit (my wife is short). Directly told the salesperson "you do not have my permission to run a credit check on either of us." Looked at the car, didn't work out. Not home 30 minutes when the phone is ringing, from the dealer, telling me our "credit is great, when will (we) be back to buy?" I told them, "never"... And told them again the next day when someone else called. I demanded that they destroy/shred/burn anything they had with my information on it.

Stellar service

It was so simple to make the appointment and I genuinely felt cared about. Also, I love the card in my car when service is complete!

car service

I am writing this to inform you that I am frustrated with the charges. The labor seems extremely high. Was this labor charge for both the recall and the check engine light? As I said, I am extremely disappointed.

Hard to Find Integrity equal to Heister

It is sometimes hard to trust any automobile repair shop be it in a OEM dealership. Heister is different. We completely trust the Heister organization from the dealer principal, to the service manager. They have high integrity and we trust them.

Great people,excellant service,awesome dealership!

Ron the sales manager was very helpful. He and the salesman Gabe went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience! We wouldn't buy from any other dealership. We tell our friends and family to go there for their next vehicle. The people at Hiester make the difference!

Came in to do business, bad experience

Came in to do business bc I located the Suburban via cars.com, do over 500,000 to 1 mil car business a year with referrals, Sales rep Chase asked manager to meet with me, Manager would not meet with me, don't know why unless stereotype, With a 820 fico score, sad day, will tell the dealerships I work with in FL how poorly run, should not discriminate based on gender or race

great experience!

This was the quickest, most enjoyable car buying experience I ever had. Chase was great! I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to push any packages/upgrades that I wasn't interested in. My husband and I came in with one car, traded it in and left with another in under 5 hours. The finance manager had everything ready and explained what we were signing clearly. I would definitely recommend Hiester Chevrolet to friends and family.
