Not all Service Managers are the same.
Doug, he is the real reason I keep coming back (service manager) trust me. I've tried other shops, but never seems to have the same trust level.

Lemon-Engine blew in less than a week
9 minutes agoNew-Edit I bought a 2016 Equinox with about 67,000 miles on January 5, 2022 from Groulx Automotive from Rob Johnson. Today, January 11, 2022 on my way to work, the engine blew. Leaving me and my boyfriend stranded in 10° weather. Yesterday, ( Monday), Groulx Automotive said to bring the car in today (Tuesday) to figure out why the ECO and Traction control light would not turn off. My boyfriend was going taking the car there after he took me to work. I never made it to work before the engine blew. They agreed to tow my car to their dealership. My salesman (Rob Johnson), who was there, would not talk to me, and let others handle the situation. After arrival, they proceeded to tell me they could do nothing to help because I didn't buy their warranty (expensive) and wanted to charge me to repair it. Although I did not buy their warranty, I had the car less than a week. I don't think they checked the car out very well and assured me it was in good condition with no mechanical problems. They said it wasn't their fault and that it was because of the cold weather that the engine blew. The car is a total lemon. They would not let me choose a different car. I traded in my car to buy the Equinox and can't get that back. I have no transportation and will most likely lose my job. I am stuck with payments on a car I've had less than a week that cannot be driven. The 2016 Black Equinox is still at their dealership because I have no money to fix something that should be their responsibility. I am getting a lawyer. Nobody should be treated this way. The salesman, Rob Johnson, was extremely nice when he sold me the car but would not get involved when there was a problem.

Groulx Automotive provided me with excellent, unsurpassed service and price on a 2020 Encore GX. I live 3.5 hours away and they delivered the car right to my house, and had all the paperwork ready to sign. I didn’t have to do a thing. They had the leasing all arranged. Bobby and Nick Groulx handled everything for me. It was completely stress free, actually pleasurable to lease this vehicle. Bobby and Nick gave me their personal cell phones, and I was able to call Bobby up and ask him questions about how to work the infotainment center. I’ll never purchase or lease another vehicle from anyone else. They are trustworthy, helpful and care. Who needs Carvana when Groulx Automotive will deliver right to your home!

2011 Enclave
I dropped my car off with what I thought were big problems. My ignition wouldn’t release the key and a whole bunch of other issues happened simultaneously. Not only did they fix what turned out to be an easier problem, but, sent me to lunch and let me borrow a car for the evening while trying to figure out the problem. I had been quoted an enormous amount thru a closer dealership. Groulx reinstated my faith in dealerships. They treated me very very well. Thank you.
