Bought my difficult to find vehicle

When you're looking for a specific car, especially a 1997 - 1999 Buick LeSabre with low miles, a clean car fax, nothing mechanically wrong and no rust; topside or underneath, the pickens are slim & the truth about the vehicles are stretched. So, when I flew to NC to check out this car I kept my hopes low & was prepared for a mediocre vehicle and a hard sell; what I got was not at all what I expected. No hard sell, truth in representation & service that assured the car was at a 110% before I left on my return trip to NY. It gets better, a little conditioner on the leather interior already has the sun damage reversing, & a little rubbing compound & elbow grease has the oxidized paint almost good as new, and with 3 of the 10 hours on the road spent in stop & go traffic, this big old Buick still averaged 28 MPG on the way home. I'm sending all of my friends to Jack for a car!!!!!!

Worth the trip!

We loved our 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Ex and it was now gone due to a crash in upstate NY. I happened to find online that KD Automotive had another one for sale, I was able to look over the CarFax document on this particular van, and I then made the call to inquire about it. Jack Catt at KD Automotive picked up, and we had a pleasant conversation about the van, and the background information on it - quirks and all. It was clean, no rust, had some expected quirks, 50K less miles than my previous one, one original owner and maintenance records too! The online CarFax information that they provided was very important for me to see beforehand too, and gave me a good feeling about the van. We then discussed a price that worked, and I made the decision a day later to go down to Charlotte. I made the drive down to look it over in person, and purchase it if it all worked out as expected. When I got there - Jack was welcoming, informative and spent time with me as to the van - walking through it from front to rear bumper. During my road-test drive, it ran as well as expected for a 2002. Needed tires (expected) and a few other items (Jack told me about them as he knew), but no there were no show-stoppers. It was as advertised - a good, clean, maintained van. I purchased the van, drove it back 600+ miles to NY and had my mechanics look it over. They were impressed as to the quality of the van that this was - it needed tires, new battery, some fan temperature sensors. But nothing major seen once it was up on the lift. It was worth the ride to get it and worth the money and capacity as we use it quite a lot. So thank you Jack, Steve and Mickie for a great van that we've already put 4,000 miles on since I bought it on Aug 3rd. Its already been down to east Texas and N'awlins area's too with us, and has run quite well all the way. The van's title has cleared without issues, and its now properly registered in NY State DMV at this time.

Great service!

We recently purchased our daughter's first vehicle from KD Automotive. Both Steve and his wife Mickie were fabulous. They allowed us to take the vehicle home for a mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Steve was a fair and honest man with us and he gave us his word. When closing the deal everything was done there. They gave us great information and were extremely friendly. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Steve.

Great customer service and honest

Feel that I happened to find this great KD Automotive very helpful in closing my decision to buy from them. Their family oriented and honest as far as I could see. I was especially impressed in them taking care my new DMV tag/reg so I could drive away and not deal with the DMV. Also earlier I was allowed to take the vehicle I chose to buy to a mechanic of my choice which he found nothing glaring, just normal parts I'd need to consider replacing later. Highly recommend them to help you find the car you need today!

The vehicle I purchased was 15 years old with just over 70,000 miles. It drives and looks like a new vehicle. I was treated right, and they went out of their way to customize our payments. Great to deal with.
