I won't buy a car without first checking to see what Alex has. He's the boss and he's excellent. I can't recommend him enough. Not a high-pressure sleezy guy like you get at most other larger operations.

I have purchased Volvo's from them and get them maintained there also. They are excellent in all regards. I highly recommend them. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. The process has been excellent.

I have been going to Merrimack St Volvo for over 30 years and have always been treated well. The service advisors are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need. There labor rate's are cheaper then the guys in Nashua. Maybe that's why they don't have a new building.

They got me on the road and Merrimack St. Service took my car in right away to handle the repair. Service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I left with a shiny, clean road ready vehicle! Smooth process, pricing was fair and didn’t require back and forth - process was quick and easy. I’d suggest them for any car purchases you may need. The facility is rather worn out, but who really cares as long as you get a food deal on a car and the process is easy.

Chris Taylor the advisor was exceptional. He went above and beyond by contacting me by phone and email with pics of the repair. John the technician was great and was able to extend the life of my Volvo that has 200 K miles. He also worked on our 2017 Volvo. Thank you to both of these gentlemen. Great Job !!!

I was in the market to upgrade my 2014 XC60 to a newer one with navigation. I saw one online and contacted the dealership. Rob Ouellette reached out to me. We set an appointment for me to look at it.
