Over the last 15 years I've been buying trucks from Howard with great customer service. His selection is very good. This time I needed something specific he didn't have but he went out of his way to find it for me. If you are looking for a truck at a fair price from someone who will treat you like family, look no further than Crown Auto.

Firstly , alot of people are on here are complaining that they started payments on a used truck. Then become surprised that the used truck has some issues... in my opinion, it's better to have a used truck, with a company that will pay half of the repairs covered in the contract.. Which is all the important repairs. But which truck i bought from crown auto and fleet services don't have issue. I highly recommend crown auto and fleet services.

One, I got a great truck at a good price. Staff are friendly and personable. Two, they said I could bring it in for any repairs at a nominal price. My truck needed freon. I bought the freon but the hose I had was broken. I took it in and they recharged the freon and even gave me the hose, all free! I would definitely recommend them!

The customer service with regards to buying a used truck was excellent. The sales person took the time to actually listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and walked us through the whole process from searching for the right truck all the way through the whole financial process. We even had to come back a few days later with regards to some service issues and was well taken care of. We highly recommend this dealership for those looking to purchase a truck in the future.
