Got a car from this dealer 2 years ago. car still running great. process was fast and easy. very satisfied. Staff was very professional. looking to get another car from them.

Shan did a good job with getting us a used car loan, but in the process they ran our credit multiple times without telling us. After we bought the car we got multiple rejection letters in the mail, with my credit score reducing after each successive credit check. When we looked at the car, it needed a jump, and according to the sales person it wasn't unusual given that the car had been sitting for a while. When we went to an independent mechanic they found that the battery was nearly dead. The salespeople there were professional and knowledgeable, but we were only allowed to drive the car on side streets and not on the beltway. There was a lot of paperwork and the process was rushed as if they were hiding something from us. Some of the papers were blank and I refused to sign them until they filled it out. They retained 90% of the papers that we had to sign. If you have questionable credit, it's a reasonable choice, but we didn't walk away feeling warm and fuzzy about the transaction.

All their cars either have flat tires or dead batteries. They aren't willing to fix anything on the car if you buy it. They'll try to sell you a car as is and they all look pretty beaten up and aren't willing to negotiate on price at all. The only good part about them is their mechanic. The man was very knowledgeable about the cars and very willing to fix any problem that might arise

I've purchased a couple vehicles from them in the past year and they both run great. The people working are friendly too.

Bought a Lexus 470 here and I will always regret it . Car wouldn't run after 3 weeks of purchase and they won't help .lost money trading it in for another car . This dealership shouldn't sell used card because they don't maintain them before selling them to customers . I hope this is helpful to someone

Stay AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Bought a Mercedes Benz after 6 months it wouldn't start . They will not fix anything . They will ask you to get an extended warranty first before acknowledging that their car is faulty . Even after, NOTHING !!No gimmicks . I am a current owner of one of their vehicles . Please buy from someone else . Perhaps a private seller who has kept their car well . Be warned .

I would recommend this dealer to someone that is trying to increase their credit score. Also, for people who have really, really bad credit
